Zero stars! The employee was implying she thought we were stealing and watched us non stop and had 3 secret shoppers stand belligerently staring at us and kept asking if we were ready to pay for our items! As if we were not planning on doing so! My girlfriend was wearing a small sun dress and was very obvious she was not and and could not steal and was only holding my 2 items and her purse. I expressed myself to the lady and one secret shopper back in a rude manner to tell her my mind but remained as humble as possible. I wanted to prove to her that I could afford anything we wanted in the store at that very moment but i decided that I do not need to prove anything to a woman working customer service in the mall at 65 and I just paid for my items and left⌠also the quality has gone down l, I had to put back a shirt at the register because I noted sever faded spots. Numerous items throughout had flaws as if they were seconds from the manufacturer. Will not be returning and i usually spend 2-3k a year in close there for me and my family⌠Iâll order online and not be harassed while spending my hard...
   Read moreI love Dillard's! I'm sure it's because of the pandemic but there weren't a lot of people in the store today. The sales people were very polite and welcoming. Some were slightly more attentive but hey, if you're like me it's better than being smothered with fake service. There were some good sales going on so that's a good time to go. Overall, I dont think anyone could be disappointed when they enter the store. Try it! Update: went in shortly after opening, which, has changed. They now open at 11am, and close at 8pm. I'm sure, again, the pandemic has had a hand in that. The reason for visiting today was a fitting. The representative that helped was fantastic! She explained things that I never knew, and as a woman I thought I had all the info I needed to make informed decisions. If you ever need to be fitted, go to Dillard's and ask for Karleigh. She knows her stuff and you will be very happy with the service...
   Read moreThis was not a very good visit. I went in to purchase a pair of Hey Dude shoes and 3 associates walked past me and not one offered their assistance. I finally approached an associate who helped me at my request. The selection was very poor so I ended up going to another retailer that offered a much better selection and the customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond and four of the six associates offered some type of imput. I did not find the pair I was looking for so, they ordered a pair, no shipping charge and they will arrive within 3 days. Imagine that.The Buckle does their job extremely well.I bet if Cindy was still the Manager, whom I know very well, the service would be much better. Will I return? Of course I will. I love Dillards!!! Just not the customer service...
