I think they're curriculum is wonderful and they have lots of people but it's not for everybody. When they play games with me it's this process they call games which is supposed to be a pure recognized behavior that they're supposed to help you extinguish they use cuss words and railed me with demeaning phrases something they probably wouldn't do to me on the street. Pretty good though if you want to change your behavior especially if you can't face the music in state prison or federal penitentiary like most of those guys couldn't. I'd much rather just face the music and be accountable for what I did. It's also just a pyramid scam they have cheap labor which is actually free labor and they're moving company and Free Labor in their construction company is so of course they'll get work and jobs and people think they're great it doesn't cost them a dime but the director gets a nice big truck and a Harley-Davidson and all kinds of stuff it's just a big pyramid scam. Also they make you apply for food stamps even though you're not allowed to eat the diet you may need or want. Which is actually federal fraud. It's just funny because they did tours of the place some other therapeutic communities did tours and they coached me on what to say I couldn't say the truth so I actually had to lie for them I was coerced into lying about my past and about what I was doing there very...
Read moreI would have to first start off by telling everyone how amazing Red Barn Moving is. The group of guys that they brought out to our house were amazing. Not only were each one of them super helpful, but they were all friendly genuine good guys. The professionalism the staff and workers had while moving our things put my mind at ease through the whole moving process. The moved out my whole house, which included a stand up classic piano, in three hours. Once they arrived at our new house, they unloaded everything in about an hour. The guys even unloaded our cars that we had filled up with no questions asked. I couldn't express just how grateful I am to how much they put my mind at ease with our big move. I would hire the Red Barn in the future, and I would hire them for any other services they have or will have in the future. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, not to mention multiple chances. This program just reaffirms that and I hope the best for these guys and The Red Barn. In closing, I would like whomever is reading this, that you could not hire a better moving company. The cost with the all around service we received from Red Barn, just made our whole experience something I will always remember. I look forward to seeing the guys I meet that day...
Read moreThe wonderful men at Red Barn Academy moved my apartment for me yesterday and it was such a fantastic experience from start to finish. They arrived exactly on time, not one minute late, they were all in uniform and introduced themselves to me and shook my hand. They took special care with all my belongings during the move, including wrapping everything in plastic and they communicated with me the entire time. They were even so kind as to take a couch over to my mother's house at the end of the move. I had no idea that Red Barn Academy is a group of men in recovery until they explained the organization to me when we were wrapping things up. I was so delighted to support the rehabilitation of people who have faced addiction struggles in the past and are working through them successfully. These men are kind, professional and efficient. Please use them for your move. This is a non-profit organization that puts all their earnings back into the company and the ongoing recovery of deserving individuals. This...
