I do like this shop, the service, & appreciate the affordability, but I don't like some of the inconsistency with the cartridges. I know there will be variation of a strain/taste source to source, but sometimes it's just a bit too much variation. For example, I just got 3 girl scout cookie carts that taste nothing like it, have a very weird color compared to any other I've purchased before (I couldn't see them until I got home), & just make me feel more sick than high. I can't even smoke them so now I just have to wait until next week when my budget allows for another purchase. I've also recently purchased cartridges that just wouldn't work on any battery - which I know can happen time & again, but with multiple carts in 1 batch & then this last purchase with the 3 that aren't smokeable I thought it seems a little sus. This is the first time in my years of smoking that I have to hope for the best with a risk of not being able to smoke it from a licensed shop anyways, so that's unfortunate. I will definitely return but with more guarded choices for sure.

9/20 update: apparently I was given incorrect information regarding exchanges. I brought the carts back to just let them know & was told the correct policy. I updated my review to a 5/5 since I was able to get a good product through...

We got a dune cart from oasis and it is brand new and clogged as all get out. We were told if we brought the receipt they would exchange it. And the manager in charge on 4/2 said "try harder or your battery isn't compatible" like oh of course! The other one worked just fine but it's our battery not the fact the cart is clogged AND leaking in my battery.. I LOVE this dispensary the bud tenders are FANTASTIC. And I get it if you don't do exchanges. That's all fine and dandy; but don't promise one and then proceed to tell the customer they, essentially don't know what they are doing, and must be wrong when they complain. If you don't want to do the exchanges or don't want to trust your customers, don't promise one thing and then go back on your word when it's actually happening. Also I get carts clog, but usually it's at least towards the end not right as soon as I take it out of the package. That's what is upsetting.... The place is great. It deserves many stars, one bad experience doesn't make the rating go down. I just think people...
