Worst experience I ever had, from the beginning the clerk was rude wasn't welcoming. Tried to ask her for suggestions she basically told me I should know how to arrange my balloons next day I went back and placed my order with that she was still rude promised me my order would be ready by 1pm and it wasn't sent told I didn't even place an order couldn't find my order until 15 mins later and hurried and put my order together by then the event already started asked for a refund and was told only be refunded partial I Will not going back staff are rude no people skills manager became confrontational told me this is my store I make my own rules! It's a little on the pricey side. We got two inflatable animal balloons for $12.99 each. They have different varieties of party supplies and stuff. I found the same amount of balloons at a different location for a lot less. 10.99 for a 50 piece balloon single color or multicolor. I think if you really want to go all out you can, just note you can find most of the products at other locations for a lot lower price. It has your party needs. I really wish Kathy’s Party store was still in business. This Celebrations party store is ridiculous. If they weren’t the only party store in town TRUST me I would go elsewhere. It’s very unfortunate that I only give this place business for balloons. Otherwise I will drive to another town for a party store. Every time I go in there they are so rude and unwelcoming. You work with the public and if you want business it doesn’t hurt to be nice. Learn some customer service. Made my final purchase and I hope to not give them anymore business.
