USA Nails — Local services in Farmington

I've driven by this place so many times, but finally decided to stop on my way home from work as a walk-in. I tried a different lakeville salon 30 minutes prior and all 6 of their techs were busy, but I was lucky enough to get seated right away.

The tech was super friendly and tried to make small talk. There was a bit of a language barrier, so we didn't get very far, but she was very sweet. The paint job was solid and I didn't end up with paint streaks where they weren't supposed to be. I did only come in for a basic single color, though, but even from the care she took with my simple request, it was clear she cared about her work quality.

The two things that caught me a little off guard were that the tech didn't quite understand my request to have my accent nail a different color. I tried explaining it a few different ways before just settling on one color for communicative ease. I was also caught a little off guard by the interior. They had a bunch of state-of-the-art equipment, but the carpet and furniture kind of screamed thrifted finds. That's not at all a bad thing, and doesn't detract from the staff's skill, but it's not quite the same spa vibe you'd find in some other salons. That being said, it felt like this was reflected in their pricing, which were all in all fairly reasonable. I'll definitely be back when this paint job...

I came in after having a really bad experience at another salon that completely messed up my nails, and this place truly saved them! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was wonderful — everyone was kind, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable. The technician took her time fixing the damage, reshaped everything beautifully, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. My nails look perfect now — smooth, even, and exactly how I wanted them.

I also got a pedicure, and it was amazing — super relaxing and detailed, with great attention to cleanliness and care. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. I left feeling pampered and so happy with my experience. My daughter and I had our first appointment yesterday. What a friendly, clean, and comfortable place!!! We both enjoyed the experience and ended up adding on extra services because we didn’t want our time there to end!! They offer so many spa treatments that we didn’t realize prior to our nail appointments. My daughter had a facial and was blown away by the difference in her skin between the before and after. I have never seen a nail salon with a pedicure that offers adding a neck and shoulders massage… WOW! That was exactly what this mama needed after an exhausting, long week!
