I have been to this location twice now and am less than impressed to say the least. The first time, I stopped by approximately 27 min before the store should have been closed at 8pm on a weekday and they were already closed! I know this is a small town, but come on! So, they lost my business on the sale of the phone for that reason alone. I tried to go back to the store several days later to see if they could port in my number from a previous phone because the guy I worked w at Best Buy setting up my new phone claimed he couldn't do it, but if I went to a Verizon store they could help me. When I got to the store there was another couple ahead of me and during my wait the guy helping them asked what I needed, so he knew ahead of time what I came for. When it was my turn it was close to closing and after going over what I needed he said he needed to speak to his manager and he went to the back...he came back out after a minute and first asked me if I lived nearby. I said I did, and he replied that he wasn't able to port in numbers (which I know was complete BS since he just did it for the customers before me, unless it's totally different on an android system vs iPhone?....yeah, dude, I was there and was listening the whole time) and then said someone who could do it would be in the next day and could I please come back then. I said sure and left. He basically closed up the store behind me, again a few min prior to closing time. Apparently this location doesn't care about providing good customer service if it means they have to stay a few min past closing time. I read the other reviews and it seems in previous years this used to be a good location. Maybe this is just a bad few weeks? I don't know, but I'm pretty sure I'm finding a different location to try to get my number ported at because I have zero confidence in...
   Read moreI came here on a Friday 9/16/22 looking to switch to a company plan and a cheap phone, Barney said that they were offering a “free” phone with a new line.. however after getting the phone he charged me a activation fee of $60+ which I thought it wasn’t much since the phone was worth $500. Also he was trying to charge me $60 for a case that I had told him I didn’t want, then he started saying comments about me being cheap.. Then he mentioned that there was gonna be a small monthly fee to the company for five months and that my company could afford it, I told him that my company was not going to be paying any additional fees for any device and that I was willing to pay for that fee in full right there.. Right after that he said that he was gonna talk to my company representative to explain, he began the activation process but I was required to wait 48 hrs for my # to be released so I did. I went back Sunday the 18th and the phone # wasn’t released yet because he didn’t do the process right, he was mad too because he couldn’t get in touch with my company representative and told me to come back the next day. I went back Monday the 19th after him getting in touch with my company and they told him the exact same thing I did. They weren’t paying for no device.. I noticed he wasn’t happy and told me that I wasn’t going to be able to pay for the small fee and that I had to pay the full price of the phone $500+ I told him that I didn’t want the phone if that was the case, then he tried to charge me another $60 for restocking fees when the phone was never even used once, I never even turned on the dang phone.. long story short I’m writing this review with my new FREE iPhone that I got from a different location...
   Read moreSo my iPhone 11 Pro Max finally kamikaze’d itself and I decided it was time to upgrade. I looked online through Verizon’s website but had a terrible time just signing into my account without my device being operable. So I went to this Farmington Verizon store because they opened sooner than the store I usually go to and I was so glad I did! I thought upgrading would be stressful and unpleasant, but thanks to Carter, it was easy, fun and exciting! He helped me with EVERYTHING and was incredibly patient, considerate and thorough. He helped me trade in my broken paperweight of a phone for the newest iPhone 15 Pro Max which gave me a mega discount, he showed me the new technology between my old phone and upgraded phone, answered all my questions, explained all the billing, features and upgrades available, he let me try on cases to my hearts content, and then he blew my freaking mind with a liquid screen protector, yes a LIQUID screen protector which he even applied it for me! (I still think he’s a wizard and I witnessed some crazy witchcraft in that store) But if I could give this review 100 stars I would and it would be all thanks to Carter! Promote him to CEO with 50 weeks paid vacation immediately! And a company limo. Or a personal jet. Thank you so much Carter! This is now mine and my family’s go-to...
