Went here with a group of 7 people. At the time, I thought the waitress had been waiting either the majority or all of the tables and was likely tired as i didn't see many waitresses for a Friday night. However, the waitress behaved as if a group of 7 people were an issue and not something that happens frequently at restaurants. We weren't rude to her or obnoxious, we simply sat down at the biggest table we could find with an extra chair at the end and caught up with each other while we waited for the waitress to make her way over. Service was slow and the tables were dirty but we didn't complain. Food wasn't very good and pretty over cooked. Again we didn't complain. When the bill came, we saw an "automatic gratuity" of 18% after our cards had already been run without a chance to be made aware of the mandatory tip policy. One of our group got up to ask the waitress about it as this isn't something we'd run into before. Unfortunately, this meant interrupting our waitress who was in the middle of flirting and giving a back-rub to one of the male customers at the bar. Once asked about it, the waitress refused to take it off the tabs. She stated that it was their policy for groups of more than 6 people.

I was willing to over-look the slow, not-quite-friendly service, the over-cooked food, the dirty table and the long wait. Still would have ended up tipping 18% too, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were dealing with the same shortage of employees that has been everywhere since the beginning of 2020. But I refuse to over-look seeing why the waitress was occupied and our service was slow, all while she also explained why we were a burden and therefore had to pay a mandatory 18%. Thanks to the insult on the way out the door, I will never eat at this...

Arrived around 11:00 with our small family, only 2 adults and a hungry toddler who cant sit patiently for a couple minutes, we went in and it looked busy but the staff were doing their job, well at least it seemed like it, and like i said it “looked” busy, really wasn't that bad, parties were just waiting to pay (which is also another thing, takes forever even to pay) anyways Waited 5 minutes to be seated another 10-15 for coffee, then add another 10 to be attended, once we had finished placing our order it took the kitchen exactly 58 minutes to bring out the food, and that was after asking multiple times for it, every time it was a “it’ll be out shortly”. What finally did it for me and my family was the fact that a whole party of 8 came in late for breakfast (20 minutes after us) and still placed their order after they made an exception for them to order off the breakfast menu because the kitchen was switching to lunch, somehow the kitchen was able to serve their food before us. By the time our food came out that whole party of 8 were almost finished and we had our jackets ready to pay and go, i Was Not going to pretend like i didn't wait an hour and watched as other orders flew out except ours. If you ever want to feel ignored while not even eating more like waiting, this is the place. By the time i ate breakfast, which i eventually took home because f the wait, it was already time for a late...

I have been a loyal customer since before I can remember! I used to come here over 10 years ago, the food was always wonderful, reliable, and a relaxed setting. Now going in 2021, the last 2-3 times I've ate/drank here, I've had horrible service from the waitresses and bartenders. Beware to watch them make make your drink. I had to send a SHORT Tito's, sprite, & grenidene back 3 times!!! waitress said she "rang it in as "short"" but the bartender made it in a regular sized glass... She tried to walk away and I said well I want what I asked for. She took it over to the bar and the bartender literally dumped the larger drink into a low ball cup. We watched, so I asked her when she brought that over, if the bartender had done that? She was honest and said yeah, but was starting to be argumentative. I told her I want EXACTLY what I ordered, brand new. Finally, I got what I ordered the first time. The waitress brought out our main meals before our boneless chicken appetizer? They've changed their classic "seasoned sour cream" it now tastes like mayo with a drip of ketchup mixed in. I asked another time prior to purchase a "Celt's" sweatshirt, the other waitress said the owner rarely orders then she completely forgot. 👍🏼 REAL unfortunate, this place has gone downhill so far. I'm disappointed one of my favorite spots isn't going to be a top...

We arrived as they were switching over from breakfast to lunch. Now that's totally our fault. We were told that it would take a few minutes for the kitchen to switch over. It was about a half hour. That seems way too long, and it felt even longer as we were just sitting there. Many other places will just seemlessly switch over. A half hour is jut too long. The restaurant itself was pretty trashed. Having said that, people did jump on cleaning the place up. The food... is dang impressive. I was impressed with the freshness of the meat on my sandwich. Fresh and just delicious. The portions are fantastic. You get more than what you pay for. I would definitly recommend this place, but choose your times (breakfast or lunch) so you don't get stuck sitting there. I hope this helps. Cheers.

Update: Breakfast was excellent, try the apple fritter french toast, excellent! Had a very good experience, we had nachos and they were very good, the beef was well seasoned and everything was very fresh. Also had the hot turkey sandwich and that was excellent, huge plate full, very good turkey and real potatoes. The waitress was great, only complaint was after our waitress had to go, no other waitress came back to see if we needed anything else, we might have had a few more drinks. Will for sure be back again soon to try more.
