6.23.2025: I would like to give a higher rating(this might change) but I was really turned off by the fact that it I wasn't given the option of being able to try on my wedding dress at the location when the alterations will be completed. While checking out, it was repeated from staff members telling the gal that was at the register checking me out that this was going to be "A Pick Up." I didn't say anything at the time as I was too focused on the sticker shock of the price but that's on me in waiting and needing a rush fee. I understand that. However, why would I not be able to try my dress on after the alterations are done at the actual location? Maybe there's a reasonable explanation for this, or I misunderstood what I was told.

Update 8.5.2025: Unsure if my review was seen before I came to pick up my dress. I was offered the chance to try it on, so I appreciate that. Unfortunately, my star rating remains the same because I just felt like an inconvenience to be honest. I was literally called at 8:30pm the night before my scheduled pickup, where I was asked about more details and how far the slit should be taken in. (seriously, the night before) If this was for like a special event maybe I would have been a bit more flexible with understanding. However, it was my wedding dress. For the amount that I paid, which was three times more than what the dress was worth, I seriously could have done most of it. There was pins left in the bottom and I was just so disappointed with the service I received. I understand it's your busy time, but maybe there should be additional support hired or something to be a bit more organized and professional.

Please be aware that when you come for your initial visit. Your dress will be CUT IMMEDIATELY--On the spot while you are being fitted. (not sure if it's a sneaky scare tactic to lock someone in to getting their garment tailored their or what) I found it extremely odd...

I have had horrible luck with this shop! Tess was amazing to work with (the one time I saw her...) I have been in numerous times since and have only seen one employee (who was incredibly rude!) I am a bridesmaid for a wedding in October. All of the bridesmaids from the wedding ordered dresses in January. We called numerous times asking about our dresses and they had no recollection of our order. I drove up in July to see what was going on, and they had the dresses just sitting there. No one called to say "hey, we have them in". When I got there, the dresses were all wrong. They were supposed to be knee length, but were floor length. The employee that had taken our orders when we initially went in blamed it on us for her mistake of writing the wrong dress style number down. We were given a free hem for the mistake. I took my dress in to get hemmed in August, and its almost the end of September and they still haven't finished it. I was highly unsatisfied with this location and wish I could've spoken to the owner to state my case on the communication issues, but she was never in to answer calls or there when...

I was really nervous to get my bridesmaid dress done by anyone. I am new with taking my clothes to get them altered. I called and asked if she could get a bridesmad dress altered for me when the wedding was barely over a week away and she said it wasn't a problem and to come in now, even though she said she had to run home she waited for me to get there. I got there and she was super quick/sweet and I was in and out. I forgot that I had an appt with her the following wednesday at 1pm to get my dress and I showed up at 11 (before work at noon) to see if I could try it on. Her employee said she wasn't there, and she had my dress. I got a bit nervous, but she called Tess and it was done and she rushed it over within 15 minutes and had me try it on and it fit like a glove! She went far beyond what I had asked for, But had to finish a few things up on it. I told her I wasn't able to swing back before having to leave out of town. Her employee said it wasn't a problem, asked me where I worked and then dropped it off for me!!! I know this post is long, but I am just so happy I went to her and will come back...
