This is the worst possible At Home store I've ever visited. Over $300 worth of items in my shopping cart at 8:59pm and they politely asked me to leave because their store closes promptly at 9pm. It's obvious the store managers and associates lack customer service and more importantly business acumen. They are your typical clock-in and clock-out helpers, they definitely should not be running any establishment. There was another woman who was also turned away right behind me. They ordered me and the other woman to come back at 9am tomorrow morning to check out the items and aggressively refused to take our payments. We were clearly in the store before 9pm and they were very rude, particularly the woman manager. She used a very condescending tone with us (last two shoppers) and very snarky might I add, which was very unnecessary. I always visit At Home to switch my pool decor around my patio but will not be visiting this store ever again!!! What a waste of a shopping experience for more than 3 employments to collectively treat their last two...

I've never in my entire life had a cashier call out "Next Customer" and then walk out on a break as I approached the register only to be ignored by the next cashier because she's scrolling on her phone and chatting for 10 min with a "customer' who cut the line. It gave 'Clayton County Family Dollar'. I never bought anything. I had no choice but to leave my cart in the line and walk out with another customer. Not professional, not demure, just...
Read moreWebsite and google say they close at 10. What time do you really close ??? I get there at 9:32 just to do a pickup, wasn’t even shopping. There is an older Black man standing outside, almost like he’s watching the parking lot. I decide to just see so I park my car. As soon as I take my key out of the ignition & open my car door, the same older Black man is literally closing and locking the doors. Then to avoid any conflict/confrontation, he walks away. I’ve worked in retail so I 100% get not wanting to stay open but if you close at 10, that’s not everybody...
