I placed an online order through the app pick up time was at 3:31 PM I got here and unfortunately when I called due to our place the order on curbside and I call to let them know Iâm here on the side due to there was no parking in the front the lady advised me that the food hasnât been made yet and itâs going to be May now and then I asked her OK no worries may I have a time on when it will be done she said we have orders in the front itâll be done in 15 minutes OK what is the point of ordering through the app and you have a designated pick up time if youâre not going to honor it I understand if you have people that are coming in you need to understand that when people order through the app itâs for a reason so please what I would recommend if I was in your position which I have been in the past for my profession I will have a designated team for online ordering and a designated team for walkins it is not OK when a mother is placing an order for kids and they are waiting on her the time if you are unable to honor the time and do that portion of holding up to your bargain at least offer a drink that doesnât cost that much.    Read moreUpdate 7/24/23 we came back because although service isnât great, I was craving f a hot and honey. We came in and was greeted, also had the best pizza we have had in awhile. The staff tonight were professional and did a great job on our pizzas. Only complaint would be some of them where their ear buds or headphones while âinteractingâ with patrons. I would think management would nip that in the bud since they have had complaints about it but other than that we were happy with the quality of food tonight and will give them another shot.
-We have been going to your pie Fayetteville for years and up until recently they have had THE WORST customer service. Normally they would have people greet you as you come in and it would be a friendly place. Today 7/2/23 my fiancĂŠ goes in to pick up a mobile order and is not only not greeted but the woman gave a head nod to him instead of asking how she can help. He then told her what we were picking up and she dropped the salads on the counter and walked away. No word from her at all. I wish he had gotten her name but at this point almost all of the young people working there asides from the sweet black not who wears glasses they are all rude, inconsiderate and wear air pods in their ears instead of having conversation with the clients and patrons that come in.    Read moreI have eaten at this restaurant a number of times. I have also done takeout. I met both the husband and wife team running the restaurant. They both sat at the table with my friend and I and were very friendly. Sunday I went in and purchased two pizzas to go. They opened the box for me to look at them and they appeared fine. When my sister looked at hers the next day (she planned to take to work for lunch), she discovered that hers was black from end to end. It was clearly burnt not just singed from the oven. I thought it would be no problem to call and ask them to make her a free pizza at a later time since we are regular customers. I Called and Carmen answered the phone (the wife I met). She asked me to hold on because she was waiting on some customer. I could hear that she was very busy so I had no problem waiting. She came back to the phone and I explained the problem with the burnt pizza. She apologized and then asked if I had a picture. She said she couldn't give a free pizza (7.99) if I didn't have a picture she could assess . I said no but I didn't think I had to prove it because she knew me as a regular customer. After going back and forth I gave up. Really, I didn't ask for a refund just a replacement pizza. I told her that I would not return. This restaurant has no sense of maintaining customers.
