Update Dec 24th. There is a young lady working here who literally always have an attitude whenever I come and I come very often! I truly truly dislike having to encounter her when I come, however I keep it together and go about my day. Today was my the last straw for me with her (I’ll update name soon). Not only has she given me the wrong protein in my smoothie in the past but today she felt washing all the dishes before taking my order was more important. Though it was not busy. She never greeted me only asked are you picking up or placing. I said replacing, she proceeded to wash dishes. I stood for a good 5 mins before i became impatient. I didn’t trust going to the drive through bc at this point of waiting for so long I didnt want her or trust her to make my order. This is one of those unfortunate situations where you don’t know a person but they treat you horribly for whatever “their personal” reasoning . That’s this young lady! I’m skeptical of going back bc I don’t trust her making anything of mine. The attitudes and energy of this place has went down tremendously! There are 3 people who has the absolute best customer service (I’ll update their names later) but the other 6/7 including Godly, attitudes and energy has diminished. Do better in the new year please !

Read moreFly infested for months. Smoothies are great. Customer service is great. Flies infesting store is not. The problem isn’t even a pest control issue. Poor sanitation is the cause. These are either fruit flies or a variety of drain flies. Failure to keep floor and sink drains free of food and food related debris allow these flyers to reproduce. The same goes for trash cans not emptied nightly which is also a possible source. Machinery and equipment and sinks need to be washed and cleaned nightly. Since the fruit used for smoothies are in open containers all during the workday you can be guaranteed flies have touched the materials your smoothie is made with. As someone with 14 years pest control experience following these recommendations and cleaning and sterilizing will quickly end the problem. These flies have very short lifespans sometimes in a matter of 48 hours they have reproduced and died depending on the species. For this to have gone on at least two weeks shows but at some point a pregnant fly made it into the restaurant and found the proper climate for reproduction. They are exploiting a flaw in the sanitation program here. I would recommend a good strong foaming drain cleaner to sterilize all drains throughout the store (including restroom.) I've had good experiences with this location twice before and friendly customer service. I even downloaded the app as staff had encouraged me to do so on my previous visits. I should have known there may be a problem when the car in front of me left without ordering, but I chalked that up to time and I didn't mind the wait. However, I was the only car asked to go park and my order would be brought out to me, the girl at the window said. I waited...and waited...and waited... I could plainly see two others struggling to make smoothies. Really?? No one was in a hurry to bring my order to me, and I had already paid. I couldn't walk very well so I hopped back in the drive thru line in front of the ones who were ordering just to pick up my order. The girl snickered when she saw me. No other cars since me had been asked to park and wait either. Ha. Ha. Ha. The joke was on me, I guess. She handed me the smoothie, but I certainly didn't feel like I should risk drinking it.
