American Deli — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Ordered BBQ (5 wings) take out. Was told it would take 15-20 minutes because the food is prepared fresh. My order was ready in 5-8 minutes and were slathered in sauce. The 3 wings I tried when I got home were tiny with one of the straight wing bones the size of a toothpick. I tried to call to complain but no one answered the phone. The next day after a long day I tried to eat the rest of the wings which were tough and hard and the bones were as black as they were the day before. By no means did that mean they were prepared fresh. Tried to call again...no answer. For $10 (X5) wings was definitely a ripoff. Won't be using this place again. The food is usually good but today I ordered chicken philly and sweet chill wings and went home sat down watching tv and bit into my philly it was not great but it pass cause I was hungry but I bit into the wings and it had a hot wing mixed with bbq sauce taste. So I called they told me to bring the food in with the receipt so I did the cook said this is sweet chill and I go here a lot and it wasn’t sweet chilli so he changed the wings and did not replace the sandwich but I feel just for pure inconvenience of messing up my order and having to comeback to the place and being a regular customer you would have given me new wings and a new sandwich but they didn’t and I think that was poor...

Went to this American Deli a month ago I asked the cashier to ask the cook to change his blue gloves. He had those gloves on when he went to the freezer and picked up raw shrimps for someone's order. Then he proceeded to fix my sandwich (cold cuts) with those same gloves on. He gave an angry glare and didn't fix my sandwich...The Cashier had to fix it...I would have asked for money back but my sister was waiting on Sandwich...I went in there today I guess someone else reported them because they had clear gloves for him because they had clear gloves I guessed he recognize me and I realized they deliberately fix my food last...I won't visit this restaurant anymore....I should have reported...
