Da Loaded Mac — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Found this place while poking around Google Maps trying to find unique food options in the area while visiting from a little over an hour away. So glad I came across Da Loaded Mac! It’s a bit tucked away but conveniently located. Ordered on their website for pickup and decided to stay and eat inside. Cute place, very clean, and the employees were all extremely friendly! The food was awesome. It’s not as cheap as some fast casual lunch spots but the menu was extensive, ingredients were fresh, and portions were huge. I was impressed by the protein portions. There must have been 30 shrimp on my hoagie. The loaded mac was also stacked with chicken and shrimp. It was hard to pick what to order because everything sounded so good. I also really enjoyed the parm fries.

The staff was awesome, welcoming us and asking about our day, proactively offering drinks and condiments, and checking in on if we were satisfied. Rarely get that kind of genuine engagement at a fast casual lunch spot.

Their bathroom was also extremely clean and the hand soap was so nice I wish I knew what it was so I could buy it for at home.

Visiting the Area for the weekend and happend upon this location from a quick google search for something to eat. What a great concept and space. Bright and inviting. The young lady that took care of us was very sweet and helpful. I believe she may have been one of the owners.. Her recommendation were on point. I got the current special a combination of popcorn shrimp and jerk chicken over their Trini Mac. And my partner got the Big Mama- fried chicken with Yamz sauce over mac. We did get a strawberry fields salad to share and the seasonal lemonade. He got the Watermelon lemonade and i had the Pineapple Mango. When i tell you that the food smelled delish as they prepared it. To when we got back to our Airbnb to eat it. Wow! The food was still hot, fried proteins still crispy, the jerk chicken on my plate. 👌 The flavor, spice, moistness yesssss. The mac was creamy and the shrimp perfectly cooked. My partners plate -chicken big chunks that were juicy and seasoned perfectly mac so cheesy and creamy and that yamz sauce added the perfect balance. Drinks were refreshing and had a perfect amount of sweet and tang. Flavors paired well with the Macs. I highly recommend that you give them a try if you happen to be in the area and want some comfort food...

Just ok. I choose to make my own bowl. The macaroni base wasn't as cheese and flavorful as I expected from a place boasting macaroni in it name. Almost as there were too many noodles and the rest of the ingredients were stretched way too thin. But it was a very generous serving. I chose three meats instead of two but they recommended two meats and my third meat option was on the side because it would fit inside. The chicken was tender and juicy fried perfectly, the fried salmon was different. Just a light batter I was particularly fond of what every it was coated in but I perfer beer batter like consistency especially so that was just presence. Salmon was seasoned well. The catnitas is a no for me. Felt like seasoning was stretched thin in that too. I also got the banana pudding cause it had great reviews but it was runny, almost like milk and had almost no.cookie or banana. I spent about 45 dollars plus a tip and I don't thing id go back.
