I don't know when they changed it, but for some reason Game Stop thought it was a good idea to put boxes for games on the wall that are just displays? Went there and with my son for some holiday shopping and they had a "buy 2 used get 1 free". We picked out 6 games to play together, only to find out the cases on the wall are not a representation of what they have, but just a display. How is this a good idea? They only had 1 of the games we wanted and it was only available new so it wouldn't be part of the deal. I asked them "What games do you actually have then?" So they gave me a stapled copy of a list. The people behind me are just as confused so they try to share the list with me and my son which would be great if it wasn't for COVID. They didn't even have another copy of the game list available.
