this store is the worst store the staff is rude they don't know how to do their job I've never had a good experience when coming to this location but since it's around the corner from my house it's been my choice location. I have dealt with the staff being rude before but today was by far the worst I went into the store yesterday which was the Sunday to take part in what I've been paying for through my insurance plan which they talked me into last year call the jump program where you get to hand in your old phone and you get the next model up and you continue paying for that phone. well the person I got apparently was new.sounds to me like he shouldn't have been left alone to do something like this but what do I know he gave us our phones back in the bag not realizing this until the store is closed because they lock the doors behind us I came back the next day to tell them that they made a mistake especially when I noticed on my phone bill that I now had five phones and 3 lineswhen I told them the mistake they made they told me what I did wrong and how it was my fault not going to lie I got very upset and raise my voice they told me I was not going to talk to them like that and I told them I would come back later with my husband and let him deal with it where the manager said you do that and threw the receipt at me. they told me though if I wanted to come back and bring back the new phones and not take part of the jump program I have to pay $100 to do so if I wanted to hand in my old phones and continue with the jump program I have to pay $100. keep in mind I already paid $200 in taxes all these damn phones $20 of which was for somebody else's phone which that was my fault to apparently I should have known better. this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with from day one they have been nothing but an issue if it wasn't for the people at the customer service hotline we wouldn't be with T-Mobile. I don't even remember the girl's name because I was so upset when I called her but whoever she is that answered she called the store she talked to them she talked to her supervisor and she handled everything over the phone for me and now I have to go back to the store but everything's been taken care of I just have to bring the phones back which was what I was trying to do to begin with hopefully it goes smoothly unlike every other visit that i've had it this location. they honestly need to get all new staff in here maybe people that have a higher maturity level than high School I work in retail and I understand people can be unreasonable at times you can't make everybody happy but the number one thingis to remember that you are still in retail and to not talk to someone the way they did yes I got loud yes I was upset I had every right to be they wanted me to pay over $300 to take part of a JUMP program we're talking $300 and that wasn't even going to paying off the phones that was just taxes and fees they're not expensive phones that we were upgrading to I think it's like a $500 phone. they really need to send someone to the store and fix this I was thinking to myself last night while I watched the staff walk around with their pants down to their knees the store needs some serious help 1 pull your damn pants up you're at work 2.if you can't talk to a customer or, customer down when they're upset then you shouldn't be in retail if they would have just done their job I would have never...
Read moreMy experience was great. Let me share it with you. I had problems with my carrier (Verizon) increasing costs and quietly removing their military discount for my plan. It became clear that I needed to shop around and explore my options with other carriers. I spent the whole day on the phone, yesterday, with AT&T - and it didn't feel right. I didn't like the options they offered or the lack of transparency. Today, I went to the T Mobile store at 4733 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC. When I first went in, I thought they might not have enough associates there to help their customers. I only saw 2. I patiently waited as other customers came into the store. They weren't so patient, and several left. However, after a short wait, I had the pleasure of getting "Kayla" as my sales associate. How lucky that I was! My situation was complicated - transferring 3 lines and the associated data plans. I knew, generally, what I was interested in before I walked into the store, which helped. Kayla helped me, step by step, through the entire process. I couldn't have dreamed of having someone so nice and thorough. Anything that she didn't know, she asked a fellow associate ("Kallie") who was also very helpful. It took awhile to get everything transferred, but I worked with Kayla all the way through the process - and got it done. I know what I'm getting with the plan. My phones are all good to go, now, under the T Mobile service. Best of all, I met some really nice associates, there, who helped me from beginning to end. Kayla was awesome, and so professional and nice. Kallie was awesome, too. The other young lady in there was really nice, as well. I don't know a lot about T-Mobile as a brand...etc. I just know that they had some great people patiently helping me, and I'm so very grateful for this experience. It made my day. Thank you to those employees for being so patient and helpful. Truly. It was a...
Read moreAs far as customer service, this is the WORST store ever. Long story short, went in to get the BOGO for the Galaxy S8. The salesperson...Rey/Ronnie was very informative about the phone. I missed out on the BOGO the first time, but went back when they offered it again. I made sure I went when the the initial salesperson (Rey/Ronnie) was there so he could get the sale. Rey told (LIED)to me that he was GIVING me a phone case of my choice for FREE! I even told him, not to tell me the case was FREE and later charge me for it. YEP...that is EXACTLY what he did. Went back to the store when I saw my bill, he PRETENDED to do something on the computer and was "taking care of it." LIAR, LIAR, LIAR!!! Got my bill the next month, I was still being charged for the phone case. Went back to the store a third time, and of course you would know...Rey doesn't work there anymore. The salesperson said that she would credit my account each month for the phone case charge. I'm just waiting to see if that really happens.UPDATE: The credit to my account never happened and I'm still paying for a Mophie case that was supposed to have been FREE. Never will I go to this place and have advised anyone that mentions...
