This gym is an amazing gym. But unfortunately the guy overnight tyler continually leaves the front desk and stays in the office for hours at end. He’s either in the back sleep in the office and or he’s outside somewhere sleeping in his car, but he’s never at the front desk. This puts things at this gym in a whole new perspective. A lot of woman go to this gym at night and seeing a male presence there overnight not only makes them feel safe at the front desk but give them a sense of security to feel safe coming for the gym at night. Not only that the front desk attendant is kind of like a security guard, they are protecting the merchandise at the register and the money in the drawer. However this guy tyler seems to think it’s perfectly normal and ok to leave the front desk for hours on end and not do his job. As long as Tyler is working there overnight the gym is at risk and anyone can just walk in there and steal ur valuables and potentially hurt u . Besides now they have homes less people just walking in at night not even being a member and taking showers. This has to stop. I will be going to skibbo from now on. Please guys u guys are doing such a wonderful job if Tyler is not going to do his job by keeping the gym safe and people protected along with there belongings please replace him. Besides he’s already sleeping in his car and In the office . Just let him stay home and sleep. Also let me add that Tyler does this every single night he works. He doesn’t miss a beat in terms of him sleeping in his car or allowing homeless people to come in and take showers or random people off the street come in. This never happened until he started working there hands down I’m confident management will handle this because they have great management there. Unfortunately management can’t see everything but always trust ur members because they value the gym and would like to continue to workout there but I’m sure sooner or later if this is not handled soemthing bad...

6/9/25 UPDATE Had an employee tell me I couldn't have my bag with me (I've been consistently going to this gym for 2+ years every other day) which was my final straw. Lately, every single time I go to this gym it's dirty, paper towel dispensers and hand sanitizer dispensers are completely empty (and I'm not just saying 1 or 2, almost every single one) because the front desk employees have changed and are either too busy flirting with each other or not caring at all. Every single time I'm there I politely ask for them to refill and they get it to like half an hour later after I'm done. Never enforced any rules like teenagers being unruly, people talking on their cell phones loudly, or people smelling like they're so high you're going to get a contact; but you'll tell me I can't have my bag (with things like a bar pad because I'm NOT using the dirty ones they supply and I don't want to walk up to the locker room - which has 0 water pressure at the sinks by the way so can't wash your hands effectively OR use hand sanitizer) after consistently being quiet and actually working out after a 10 hour work day - no absolutely not. Steal someone else's money.

ORIGINAL Conveniently located and a decent variety of equipment. However cleanliness could be vastly improved. Gum on the floor, sweat covered treadmills, and empty hand sanitizer is a frequent occurrence. Water pressure at the bathroom sink is more of a trickle. Some of the treadmills are extremely wobbly and have cracks where people have landed too hard causing uneven surfaces that are a bit of a hazard if you’re trying to run. I enjoy going to planet fitness It’s a couple things need attention , I know it’s a 24 hr gym but I know it’s down time when not many people are there, with that being said the gym really needs a deep cleaning I’ve been there several times and the same piece of paper is on the floor that was there 3 days earlier, also the equipment in certain spots is very very dusty and also on the floor near the equipment is hair which is so nasty , The floor needs to be swept it really shows when the sun is shining on it. The employees are standing around talking which if it’s two people one could be cleaning I’ve only seen one young lady dusting. I’ve seen people on equipment taking up time just on there phone when another person is trying to use that equipment some of them will be working out on one thing and put their water bottle on other equipment so nobody can use it that really pisses me off. Also I’ve seen a lot of people working out with crocs , slides and some in there socks which is very dangerous. One day a young lady was on the stair master with socks on . I hope this review will help and changes are made . I would also like to add one more thing staff may need to walk around often to check for weights left out after someone has used them and didn’t put them back I almost fell because I didn’t realize it was there .
