Our home caught fire and we lost our beds and the company that listed the things lost put on paper that one of our beds was a queen size so we purchased two sets of mattresses and box springs from Brenda a couple weeks ago. Before we left the store we gave a review and Brenda was good to sell us the beds and was great. Two weeks out we find out that one of them was actually a full. Not her mistake I know but I contacted her and let her know the mattress and box springs were both STILL IN THE PLASTIC not touched. I asked about returning them and exchanging for the right size and the amount of run around I got was incredible. I'll call you back never called me back. Finally the next day I had to call her again and got the B's story that I had to keep them for 30 days. Then I could return them and pay the $115 fee. I'm trading in a new queens mattress and box springs for a smaller lessor amount and I don't want any money back and they think we should pay them to get a smaller bed for less money???? Consumers please be aware just because the salesperson is nice and helpful make sure you get the same care after the commission is...
