I don't normally do this, and let me first start by saying I do not typically try to cause problems or be negative, and consider myself as a fairly easy going person....

My family and I went to this restaurant for my birthday. After hearing wonderful reviews and being told by multiple people this was the place to go if you love Thai food ( which, I do ) I was very excited to try it.

Not knowing anything about this restaurant I decided to call first. My family is not huge, but there was going to be up about 7 of us, so I figured better safe than sorry. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice, asked what time our arrival would be, and told me my reservations were made and they looked forward to seeing us later that evening.

When we got there they did not seem to act like they had our reservations, but we did get a table right away and were seated and served water.

I don't know if they were short handed, or what the case may have been, but we had to wait a very long time before anyone even waited on us, and finally someone came and took our drink orders and appetizer orders. They came quick enough, although the appetizer order was incorrect ( we got two or three different ones ) but we didn't say anything because it didn't make huge difference to us. In addition to this, there was not enough utensils on the table for everyone, and no more were brought. My brother in law ended up having to get up and request more silverware, which were finally delivered, being one fork wrapped up in a cloth napkin. We waited and waited, finally someone came and took our dinner orders...

An hour later, we had still not been served, and not even checked on since the appetizers arrived. There were serveral tables that had arrived after we did, and were being served their meals. There were also a number of take out orders being sent out the door. The fact that was most upsetting was that I had called ahead of time, and even though we had a little bit of a larger group, being there for over an hour and then not even being apolozied to or given an explanation for the wait was inexcusable. My husband ended up having to get up and go to the desk, ask about our orders, and finally a little bit after that some platters of rice were brought to our table, along with several dishes to go around, that were DIRTY and had evidence and traces of other food on them and had clearly NOT been thouroughly cleaned. That did it for us. My husband gave them twenty dollars for our drinks and appetizers, and we left.

Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to this restaurant and it was by far the worst dining out experience I...

Positives: the food is great, Ive been to Thailand and the food here is very flavorful and I would deem it to be pretty authentic. Prior to tonight had no issues.

Negatives: After waiting 20 minutes to be seated (normal, no big deal) it took a solid 15-20 minutes before we were waited on. We actually had to get up to get menus ourselves as they were not provided to us when we were seated. Not enough silverware was provided for everyone at the table and we had to ask twice to have enough brought out. We were told they didn't have enough silverware and that they ran out of cloth napkins. Eventually, enough silverware and paper napkins were 'found' in time for our main course, but we had to share two cloth napkins and two forks among the whole table for the appetizer. Basic stuff, people.

It took an additional 45 minutes for our food to be served after we placed our order (over an hour after we were seated) and no one came to check on us after the food was delivered. In fact we only saw our waiter 3 times the entire time we were there. Our food was lukewarm and not enough rice was provided for the table. Multiple parties of 3-4 people were seated after us and received their meals (with sufficient rice), ate, paid, and left in the time we were there.

By itself, waiting a long time for good food is fine. But the lack of basic amenities and table service was baffling. The out of town guests we were entertaining were as equally disappointed by the experience and were much more polite than I would have been in their shoes.

Redeeming point was getting 10% off our total when we raised the issue of our experience to our waiter, but we will not be likely to come back again after what we experienced tonight. Certainly not with guests. There are other Thai restaurants of equal caliber...

My family and I went to the restaurant Dec. 27, 2016 for my daughter's birthday. We all love Thai food and had heard very good things about this place. Reservations were made since it is a small place and we had a family going. Upon arriving they did not seem to know we had made a reservation but we did get seated shortly. The service in general was very poor. We finally got water but there was not enough silverware and we did not get enough for close to an hour. In the meantime appetizers were ordered and they were okay but were not correct on what we ordered. Our orders were finally taken and we waited close to an hour for the food with no apologies or service from our waitress. When some plates and rice were finally brought we realized that at least four of us had plates with left over food on them. That was the last straw for us and we left after giving them some money for drinks and appetizers which they did not deserve after what we went through. Needless to say we will not be going back and it was a very disappointing experience for a...

Had an itch for Thai food on my way up to Fayetteville. So wanted to check out this highly recommended spot downtown. Ordered fresh spring rolls with shrimp… absolutely love spring rolls. These were top notch. I appreciated the sauce with peanut, but would have preferred an actual peanut sauce with some chili oil to kick the spice level up. Received a house salad also. Loved the dressing on it. Never had a dressing like that so I cant really describe it as anything but sweet and very refreshing. For entree I went with the cashew chicken. It was very good and something I have never ordered before. When asked the spice level i said 3 / 5 level and honestly there was no spice. When I eat Thai I want to have my taste buds tingling. So wish it was spicier. Other than that, the food was fast, great quality, and very tasty. Highly recommend

The place is good. The food is good. The main problem is that the place is very small. Maybe that’s the reason, the staff pushes a bit. I love laid back and chilled places, but this place is on rush. The waitress asked at least thrice in a very small window for the order. Even when the eating was not done they visited to see if you need a box 😏🤷‍♀️. In the appetiser, we ordered seafood patties ( it’s four in one plate), which was absolutely yum! You should order it if you are here. The main entree comes with soup or salad. The soup is the scam, 😆it’s some boiled cabbage in a vegetable broth! Please don’t call it a soup! Lol! I loved the entrees. The portion size is decent. The food is tasty.

Absolutely the best green curry I’ve ever had and I have tried LOTS! Most recently, I have been ordering the “Avocado Curry with Fried Tofu”. It’s the perfect balance of spice, creaminess, and flavor. I get a spice 1, I could probably get a 2 but I am not a big spice person and don’t want to ruin it. I like enough spice for a little extra flavor. The staff is kind and I especially enjoy sitting outside on their patio! Family and friends have tried many dishes and you can’t go wrong! I highly recommend: Avocado Curry 🔥 Green Curry 🔥 Sea Bass 🔥 Appetizer: Summer Rolls with Shrimp 🔥
