Guisinger Cocktail Club — Restaurant in Fayetteville

This is such an incredible spot! The vibes are immaculate. It's very clean & elegant, upscale feeling. The cocktails are phenomenal - there's something for everyone. Personally, love the pickled grape martini - they pickle in house, the 1930s tequila sunrise, & the mezcal mule. The Suze's Garden is very much vegetables with alcohol, but actually delicious if you like bell peppers. Grassping at Straws is VERY spicy, but also SO good & different than probably anything you've had.

We tried almost everything on the bites menu & I have to say, the food was as phenomenal as the drinks! We had the Belly Bao, the Arkancini, the Beef Tartare, the Beef Carpaccio, the Beignets, the Churros, & the Trio.. all of it was amazing - the cashews in the Trio are truly addictive. Joe & Mason gave us wonderful recommendations that did not disappoint!!

Went here for the first time recently. I love the interior except for the bright fluorescent bar lights which slightly does not connect to the mood of the rest of the bar. We ordered two cocktails and the churro small plate. The cocktails were good but overpriced (14$ for an espresso martini in AR??). I was most disappointed in the food after all the hype on their website about their “chef”. 4-5 small fried bread sticks not in traditional cook or dressing with cinnamon sugar and chocolate sauce that had a film on top like it had been sitting for awhile. Not good at all. Service was extremely slow for not many customers and we waited almost 30 minutes for a check and ended up walking up to bar to pay and leave. Cocktails are good and the place looks nice. That’s about it. Door man looked at my ID for about five minutes, trying to memorize it? IDK. My group walked in and took an available booth by the window so we could look out into the square but the door man walked back in and told us that table needed to be cleaned and we need to sit upstairs. The table looked clean to me and there was no sign to wait for seating so I’m not sure why we were allowed to sit all the way down and then told to move.
