My fiance and I walked into the store looking for his wedding band. Bryan Capshaw (the store manager, though we didn't know it at the time) came up to us and actually remembered us from when we had been in the store on a prior occasion (where he helped us fix a ring in which the stones had become loose – he helped us then with reliable and friendly service and, because of this, we decided to come back for our bigger purchase). Bryan listened to what we were looking for and immediately pulled out some catalogues for us to check out. Whenever we saw a ring we liked, he would look it up and let us know the cost. When we found "the" ring, Bryan took his service to the next level, giving us pricing options that really fit into our budget. In telling the story of a couple who received a discount for buying in cash, this prompted me to ask for the same discount, which he graciously extended. I would recommend HPerry Jewelers to absolutely anyone. They do not pressure you at all and don't make you feel terrible when you can't afford the most expensive item in the case. There's a great selection and even if they don't carry it, they can more than likely find it for you (and for a great price!). They also have a 3D printer and the ability to make your design into a reality. It costs more, of course, but is a fantastic option if you have personally created a piece that holds incredible emotional value for both you and and your loved ones. If possible I would leave 10 stars. Hoyt, Brian, Stephanie and Jordan were all just wonderful. I have gone there for years but this trip was a mission. Tom’s mom had passed away. I had a whole box of jewelry that I needed looked at. They were so compassionate and gave a ballpark “used price” on each piece - free of charge. A formal written appraisal costs of course. They looked at each piece and told me if it was gold or silver or costume, diamonds sapphires, cubic zirconia etc. It helped to evenly split the jewelry among the heirs. We had considered selling the pieces. Amazingly they offered up that we could meet potential buyers safely at their store with video surveillance and to verify the value and the stones. I asked what they would charge they said “nothing”. So then I asked “what was in it for them?” Their answer was so great. They said - they are there for peoples’ celebrations of life and love and anniversaries. They should also be there in the sad times of divorce and loss of a family member. What’s in it for them? A few month ago we decided we wanted to upgrade my ring and make a custom ring to what I was wanting. My "Dream Ring", we thought wasn't possible due to price. We checked out a couple more Jewelers and compared experience and price.

After looking at 2 other places we decided Bryan was who we wanted to work with to make this dream ring come to life. From the moment we walked in everyone was so welcoming and kind. Bryan took the time that first appointment to sit with us find out what was important to us without any commitment made at this point. Bryan's great customer service and honesty was what made us come back to work with him.
