The Worst customer experience I have ever experienced. For some reason the people at this store can not perform simple math. The have no ability to exchange an item of equal value. I got a hat for Christmas came back to exchange it for the size needed and a color swap. I had the receipt and all items that were bought on the receipt and I still had to go back to lids twice to have the competent employee there help me figure the situation out. I can guarantee that I will share this stupidity with as many people as I can. The 2 guys working on Dec 27 have zero care for the customer. Had to run back and forth across the mall 3 times to get a simple exchange performed very shameful way for a business to operate. He was very helpful and very kind. We ended up picking out a hat, as well, and upon checkout there was a very nice young lady who asked if we wanted to customize the hat in anyway. We did not realize this was an option. Due to their kindness and suggestions, we ended up buying another hat to customize as well. Feel like they had a good selection of items to choose from.
