I've gotten very tired of wasting my time here too. Ive noticed that they will have 20 of the exact same shoe NWT, so they must buy put pallets, or get clearance items donated by Walmart or target, b/c the multiples are always super ugly or tacky styles. Concerning their used merchandise, they will have the dirtiest, raggedy items incredibly over-priced, but they never actually buy anything!! The first time I went, a few yrs ago, they bought 8 or 9 items. 2nd time, 3 items. I chalked it up to me being in my 30s so perhaps my clothes weren't "cool" enough? Last year, I brought in 8 or 9 totes, these were trendy or timeless items, that were all either like new or nwt items. I called ahead & asked what they were currently buying. I only brought those categories. They bought nothing & quite obviously didn't even look thru the totes. These items were not mine but my daughter's & very on trend. I just took up 3 totes. Condition of the clothing was NWT or nwot. Nothing used. Shoes & purses were new or like new. I had 16 excellent condition Coach bags, 2 Mark Jacobs bags, a Dooney & Burke bag, Seven, Miss Me, & Rockin ReublicjeNs & shorts, Nike, under armor, AEO, H&M, Hollister, pair of Uggs & an authentic Gucci purse!! Again not 1 item. What a silly waste of time🙄 I won't go back again,...
Read moreLook I live in Fort Smith and I called the fayettville store to ask if they happen to have any rock revival mens jeans size 38 and one of the young lady's that answered my call told me she didn't know they had a variety of brands and it would be better if I drove up their and look myself!! Really drive 60 miles just to check!! So I called back and spoke to 2 different managers and yes they were being apologetic but at the same time being defensive toward there employee with excuses!! It seemed as there apologies were just part of procedure and they really didn't care!! Yes I was upset and My emotions were caught off guard because I just got through calling the Fort Smith store very helpful as always and the same when I called the Rogers store with the same issue!! The managers claim I was yelling over the phone, honestly yes I was upset my tone of voice was up but not screaming or yelling!! I also told them I just am trying to express the bad experience I just had they acted like they were the victim instead of me!! Bad experience non caring customer service!! Will never shop there again and will post and past my bad experience to My friends and...
Read moreCame in around 5:30 on a Sunday trying to find a dress for my date later that night. Figured I had an hour and half to shop, as it said they close at 7 online. Around 5:50 I get a dressing room to try on my stuff and at 5:58 an employee knocks on the door telling me they’re closing in 2 minutes- the first I had heard of them closing. I tell her that was fine and I was just going to try on what I had left. At 6:00 someone knocked on the door- telling me they were closing once again- I try to tell her I only had 1 dress left to try on but she interrupts me and tells me that they “need to get the registers closed.” At 6:03 I exit the dressing room and as I’m hanging the things I don’t want on the rack outside the dressing room someone tells me that I needed to leave and they would handle the dresses. I understand that the store was closed and the employees wanted to start their closing duties, but if you need people to be out at exactly 6PM it needs to be advertised online and notified to any customers coming in close to 6PM. Staff was so rude and rushed me out the door. Made it pretty clear they don’t want...
