Do not purchase they are not reputable. They do not abide by their word nor do they follow their own business ethics when it comes to warranties. I have purchased 2 washers and 1 dryer from them totalling $719. I should have never had to purchase the second. In Oct. I spoke with the owner who sadly is now deceased, he said it was $100 for the service call including labor and parts. The washer started giving me issues again in January I called and they came out but refused to fix the issue. They make a lot of claims but the facts are no one runs the store properly since the owner died. He was the only one with honor and words. He backed up his promises and provided for his customers. I have all evidence to prove that they are not at all a trustworthy business. No one has any idea how to run the business and everyone does their own thing and makes up their own rules. I am in the process of filing with the attorney general and the BBB I suggest if you have had issues to do the same. Businesses like this need to be shut down. There are plenty of other stores that are actually trustworthy and honest. I made a mistake thinking these people were reputable and honest don't be fooled they are not. Along with their lack of word the staff is rude. No one calls you back and they lie and claim you don't call. My husband and I went to the store and left our information with an employee both our numbers and no one called us. I tried to add screenshots to show the evidence but Google wasn't working. I have plenty including the response from them regarding my Attorney General complaint and conversations between the now deceased owner and one of the employees. Bought a great Washer/Dryer combo and upgraded to a bigger set. Put money down on a Friday then paid online a few days later for the balance. I believe they do layaway’s if needed. They delivered and set it up 2 days early and made sure they worked before leaving!!! I was very impressed with the owner and delivery man!!! I recommend this business for a great appliance set!!! Went shopping around many of the used appliance places in Fayetteville, and by far this place had the best prices and lowest shipping costs. They also give a 1 year warranty on all their appliances, if it breaks they will either fix it or replace the machine. The other places give a 30 or 45 day warranty. And most importantly the people had amazing character and great customer service.

So good it made me write a review which I usually don’t do. I hope more people see this place and recognize what a gem it is. Honest people making an honest living! Will definitely recommend...
