They had a power outage and the system went down that is completely understandable but what is not understandable or accepted is the manager that is there with a nasty attitude I needed doordash to call her to confirm that they do not see the order they wanted me to ask her if she will look at my phone and still make it because it was still a paid for order and she wouldn't even come and speak to me about it when doordash called she turned and looked directly at me and had the same nasty attitude with doordash saying her system went down and would not give them a chance to ask her could she just fulfill the order because she can clearly see it on my phone it's one thing you don't have to do it but the attitude you display for the business was unnecessary I just left 15 years of McDonald's I am fully aware of how things go when a system goes down leave the attitude out of it and do your job a simple no ma'am I am not able to look at your phone and fill the order would have been just fine the neck popping eye rolling is not a place for a business especially if you...
Read moreIt's not often I would give a fast food restaurant an excellent rating, but this store has been particularly good to me. I have come to this Burger King on several occasions during lunch or dinner times in the drive-thru. I have yet to visit without someone smiling, thanking me, and GETTING MY ORDER RIGHT! I can't tell you how many Burger Kings I've been through where "No lettuce or tomato" turns into a different sandwich with everything on it! (That's right Reilly/Cliffdale BK! I'm looking at you!) I haven't had the pleasure of visiting inside the store, but if they run the interior anything like the drive-thru, I'm sure it's excellent. This is also by far the fastest drive-thru in the area. Even when I've been asked to pull forward, I never wait more than 5 minutes. I worked at BK years ago and I know how long it takes to cook and prepare food and they are definitely on their A game.

The cashier was dry and rude when we first pulled up to the speaker, then when we got around the corner to the window, she wouldn’t even talk to us or look our way (not to mention they were not busy at all.) even when we said said thank you, she didn’t even respond back but closed the window door in our faces. Here’s the kicker, I got the whopper meal (cravings are the worse!) my burger was soooo dry, completely burnt all around, and the bread was dry and hard. It tasted as if it had been sitting in their warmer for a while and just waiting for someone to order a whopper to give it to them. Do we not make fresh burgers? Or do we continue to serve old food? My husband’s chicken sandwiches were fresh as his food was hot and mine was cold. I understand people aren’t fully staffed and things may happen but we need to do better when it comes to people’s food.
