I went in the inside thinking it will be faster not..place my order at 7:44 10 people came in after me came and left I was on my phone wasn't paying attention to the time I'm thinking they were taking all day because I ordered a fish sandwich 8:00 came I still didn't get my food no one acknowledged me standing there I went up to the counter asked for my food they were like what did you order we don't see your order dude reprint my ticket have the nerve to tell me my order got bumped out I asked the next girl that worked there where was my order what happened it she had the never to tell me she does not have anything to do with that she just came back from break I ask to speak to the manager she apologized and everything that I said to her she just kept saying yes ma'am yes ma'am this White Castle is so ghetto I'm never going back there and if im blasting them on my YouTube channel this is the worst White...

Drive thru service is slow and uncaring. Ordered 8 sandwiches. Only had three cars ahead of me when I pulled in and only two cars behind me when I got to the window. They told me to pull ahead and they’ll bring my food out. Somehow they “forgot” two of my sandwiches, so I rang the side door bell. The guy opened the door and I said “I’m missing two of my sandwiches” to which all he says is “Oh” and closes the door. Doesn’t ask what sandwiches or anything. 30 seconds later he opens the door, hands me a bag, and walks away. As if they didn’t give me the sandwiches on purpose since he knew exactly what I was going to say and what I was missing.
