The rating one is too high. Very terrible popcorn and horrible customer service. Over the top salty and no butter. Just salty popcorn that makes u sick to eat it. You cant even call them because you cant even get through. And by email they tell you to send the popcorn back but they wont cover the shipping cost and will only give you other popcorn, which there is no guarantee that it will be good. The cost for the shipping to send back would be $50 and the order was $105. They do not care whatsoever about your concerns and will not take any responsibility at all to make the situation acceptable. Other customers have complained the popcorn was salty before. Maybe it is only certain times it is bad but at least you can fix those times. Give people the benefit of the doubt to fix the problem in an acceptable way. Paying shipping shouldnt be our problem when your product is not good. We trusted you in giving us a good quality product so why is it our dime to return it.
