Called in asking about my child, whom has special needs, I was polite and just needed to be transferred to transportation. The woman who answered the phone was dismissive and rude. After saying she would transfer me she placed the phone down and before hanging up on me stated “I’m really trying to be nice today.” Obviously not knowing I was still on the phone and could hear her. I of course had to call back in and let her know she still needed to transfer me. Unbelievable for our schools to have this type of attitude. Maybe a bit of sympathy would be appreciated as well, If her child was the one in need perhaps she would have been more understanding. WildLight Elementary Lacks communication with parent. Didn't want to take time to help my daughter adjust to new school environment. Makes decisions about your child without discussing or scheduling conference meeting FIRST as the parent. Very rude and disrespectful support staff. Wrong school for my daughter. Wrong Teachers for my daughter. School isn't the same anymore since i was a child. Ill give them a A + for security but that is about it.
