I attended a Full Moon event at Sand & Sage and it was a beautiful, nourishing experience. The evening was thoughtfully guided by Angela, Jill, and Lex — each offering their unique gifts in a way that flowed together seamlessly.

Angela opened the circle with grounding words about the full moon in Capricorn and the evening’s intention: taking care of ourselves, especially as caregivers who so often forget to pour back into our own cups. She also led a heart-opening cacao ceremony that helped us settle into the space and each other.

Jill moved gently around the room offering reiki to each guest — her presence was calming and supportive, and it added a deeply restorative element to the evening.

Lex provided individual three-card tarot readings for everyone. His insights were calming, intuitive, and supportive — offering space for reflection and clarity in a gentle, nonjudgmental way. It felt like being seen right where you are.

We were each given a Mexican blanket, a workbook, and a pen. The workbook included space for journaling, a guide to the ingredients in our spell jars (which we created that night), and even a beautiful Capricorn woman coloring page — a surprising highlight for me! Coloring brought me right into the present moment.

The night closed with a crystal bowl sound bath led by Angela, and by that point, the energy in the room felt soft, grounded, and connected. There was a beautiful sense of ease, laughter, and divine feminine energy.

I left feeling calm, inspired, and genuinely cared for....

What a fantastic little treasure of a shop on Amelia Island! Make sure you schedule a tarot reading from Lex and then shop to your hearts content. There are so many cool items and one of my very favorites, I returned today to buy, which are their handmade soaps. I particularly like the patchouli one. Such a pleasure for the senses! They also have a beautiful array of different stones I particularly liked as well. Too many things to review in a small area so make sure and pop in on Atlantic Avenue...
