While on vacation, my 83 yr old mother and I was in your boutique. She bought a $165 white sweater w/ rhinestones. We went back for a teal one. There was a spot on it, the only size available. The employee tried to get the spot out. After a few minutes, there were still water spots on the sweater and could still see the spot slightly. I asked if she could order a new one. Because we were not local, they would have to charge $19 for shipping!!!! Really?? Then she had the audacity to discount the sweater for a measly $10!!! That is a fricken slap in the face. I wanted to laugh in her face so bad!! We both used to work retail ourselves and would have NEVER have done this to a customer. The employee claimed it was because of profit margin. Yeh, right!! Was probably marked up 75% at least. I wonder if the sweater got ruined they eat their $158 + tax.

Read morei was visiting amelia island for the week and i had gone to the historic district and found this little cute shop. the bold colors are what initially drew me in. i walked into the store and began looking around. i was never greeted by the woman at the front desk but she kept glaring at me and making me feel uncomfortable she was looking at me like i was going to steal something. she glared at me the whole time i was in the store and all i did was look around. she made me feel very uncomfortable and she seemed extremely unfriendly, so i took my business elsewhere and got much better service at the store beside them...
