Vintage Donuts – A Sweet Slice of Heaven
If you’re a donut lover, run—don’t walk—to Vintage Donuts. This build-your-own donut shop is a dream come true. It all starts with a fresh, fluffy vanilla donut as the base, and from there, you get to create your perfect bite with your choice of icing, toppings, and drizzles. Watching the staff dress the donuts right in front of you adds to the fun, and the vintage vibe of the shop ties it all together into a sweet, nostalgic experience.
We tried a variety of combinations, and each one was a hit. The maple bacon with caramel drizzle was a rich, savory-sweet delight. The LTO lemon with raspberry drizzle was bright, tangy, and refreshing. We also had a vanilla with coconut, caramel with chocolate and sea salt, vanilla icing with powdered sugar and raspberry, and chocolate icing with Oreo and white chocolate drizzle—and every single one was fresh, moist, and perfectly balanced in flavor.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole visit feel even more special. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in both the service and the donuts.

The cake donut itself is fresh and rich but the awesome twist is the toppings you can customize your round treat with. We went with a chocolate icing, Reeses peanut butter cups, drizzled with white chocolate. It was DIVINE...fork and knife an absolute must. The service was great and the staff was friendly and were very proud of their establishment. When in Fernandina, you must stop here for a Donut and a cuppa joe and relax and enjoy the vibe. Highly...
Read moreRainy day? No problem! We stopped at Vintage for a donut. We got lucky, they still had some! The place smelled amazing as soon as we walked it. Nice clean atmosphere with wonderful music in the background (Louie Armstrong “La Vie en Rose). Boy this turned our dreary day around. Welcomed with a smile we ordered using the 3 steps (icing , topping, drizzle ). Kelsey was super cordial while prepping our made to order donut.
Next to the cash register was a vintage record player. Can’t believe I didn’t take a photo of it.
My kiddo loved it (and I did too as he shared a couple of nibbles with me). This is quintessential small town and one of the reasons I love Fernandina Beach and its downtown area. We will be...
