It’s a nice place to get things if you really need it and don’t have the money to buy it but I can’t stand how the staff acts if you’re going to be late on a payment they call multiple times a day threaten to take the items back if you don’t pay it right away they even looked me up on Facebook and started messaging me on there. I’ve been getting things from this store for 4 years. I have had 3 successful leases in that time period no issues or late payments now I have a bedroom set I’ve been paying on over a year but In the past six months my fiancé has been laid off work and I’ve been late on my payments sometimes up to three weeks but I always communicate with them. I’ve never been a whole month behind ever! I just made a payment today and they said my next payment has to be made on/before the due date they will not except my payment even a day late and they will come get the items. I just don’t understand how they can do that to people who aren’t even a month behind I’ve paid thousands of dollars on the bedroom set already! Then what they get the bedroom set back and then resell it and make...

I live in a trailer with a lot number and said I can't do monthly payments on a tv that cost less then what I make a week the point is I keep to my budget plan and they said a trailer isn't a permanent home due to the fact I was looking to move in the future in a actual house. The sales people were wonderful and helpful but the manager declined to sell to me due to me living in a mobile home. I wouldn't recommend this place due to his poor attitude to people who are 20 years old and isn't mid class. I work hard for a living to feed two mouths. I have decent credit to show I make payments on what I buy. I've never missed a payment on any subject of what I buy due to the fact of my budget and trying to raise the way of my life. I know a manager of Aaron's in a different area of where I'm from and he told me it was even wrong of him to turn me down due to me living in a mobile home I had a address and all. Just a terrible place I'd never recommend this location to anyone who needs to make a buy...

Id love to take the time to tell everyone about Aarons Rentals in Findlay Ohio. They are the go to store of all stores. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Be honest give them the best you can with what you can and they will ALWAYS be fair and give you the best that can with themselves and their business. Things may be expensive and times very hard but these men and women try their very best to help you make it easier and happy. A special shout out to SHAUN he's my hero he helped me make my grandson BIRTHDAY a much happier one. I'm homebound and have a hard time in my days but these people are me smile.
