I was thinking about buying an engagement ring for my girlfriend and after visiting 4 different stores with no luck, my buddy told me to try Michael Eller Diamonds in Findlay. As soon as I walked in I was impressed. Their selection was HUGE! I looked at engagement and wedding rings for about 10 minutes and that was all it took to find the perfect one. The salesman was extremely helpful, and was very knowledgable. He made it a personal experience and I didn't get the feeling that it was just another sale like I did at the other jewelers. Exceptional service! We bought our wedding set at Michael Ellers in 2012. Our rings are still amazing! Their service behind their product and how they treat their customers is incredible! We moved out of town since we bought our set but we will always make the long drive back to them (worth it). We’ve purchased from Kay’s and other large commercial jewelers before we found Michael Ellers. Huge lesson we had to learn the hard way. Don’t buy from a big commercial jeweler. I do not know much about jewelry so my rating is purely on their customer service. They are absolutely wonderful. Always greet you when you come in. They are very good at helping you find what your are looking for. That's because they are very familiar with their products and good at asking you the right questions. They are patient with you while you make your decisions, which made me feel very comfortable. This will be there first place i go next time i am looking to purchase another piece of jewelry...
