T.J. Maxx — Local services in Findlay

A year ago I would have given the store 5 stars easily, but unfortunately I can not longer share that same opinion currently. My wardrobe is probably 60% items purchased at the Findlay TJ Maxx over the years. They always had a great selection of Men's clothes, be it pants, dress shirts, or casual items. Now there is about 1 double sided rack of each and maybe 8 solo racks with random items. I understand with the way they aquire items to sell, that you're not always going to be able to find exactly what you want. But with the selection before, I was always able to find something. The last 3 times, I've been unable to find anything in the paltry selection of Men's clothing. The store was clean, the racks were not a mess, the lines were not long at the registers. I had been searching for a very specific Steve Madden purse when I went to the Findlay location. I couldn’t find it in store so I asked the manager Haley if she had possibly seen it or knew if it were still coming in. She said that it’s possible and to check back in with them later to see if they had it available. I called back that same afternoon and Haley had told me that a representative named Rebekah had searched through all of their purses and found the only one that had come in! There is a lot of different type of items there. Starting from baby stuff as in toys and clothing from adult stuff as in shoes undergarments to winter coats they sell shoes and also non perishable food items. It's kinda hard to find some items tho like clothing bc it's all thrown together the sizes aren't all in order and they don't have sections for the type of clothing it's just thrown together with some items it's not color coordinated either so it's somewhat hard to be able to find something you actually like and want to buy the staff are friendly other than that the store is a go to for me when it comes to clothing and items for...
