ORDERED FROM AARONS LAST THURSDAY GETTING BRAND NEW SET DELIVERED MONDAY AND A DRYER OF COURSE I SHOULD HAVE NEVER WENT ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Maybe the complaint just filed with the FTC and Attorney General will get someone's attention .Ordered a brand new set that was online only at $37.77 week. Was told by store in Findlay Ohio I couldn't get approved for that set but they had a " brand new" set in store they could give me for $42+ weekly.( Asked and advised I would t buy anything but brand new, I don't want other people's used furniture especially not for thousands of dollars and was reassured it was)Two weeks later and finally they are bringing the " new" set and when they call and say on the way I ask to be sure it's brand new ,bc I saw on line they had a used set ( same exact set except had a wedge which I wouldn't need or want) for price they quoted me, they said yes however 10/15 minutes later got a call saying " warehouse" lied about it being new and it was filthy so I wasn't getting furniture once again. While on phone with Corporate I get a call from store saying they are ordering a new set and should be here next week. That was two weeks ago so here we are a month later and they have my money for first week rent and I have no furniture. And Everytime I call the " manager" , if that's what she is I don't see how she got the job she's rude and condescending, keeps saying it's been ordered but probably still Two more weeks. This is now going to be at least 6 weeks before I have furniture. Calling false advertising lawyers today bc obviously writing the BBB doesn't make any difference. And just in case they want to say I am not the customer I am his wife his name is John and when you tell him something you are also telling me we share everything as husbands...

It was supposed to be delivered July 8th, and itās now July 31st and still nothing. I have called the store multiple times and keep getting the run around. Iāve asked to speak to the manager 3 times and Betty refuses to call us back. Everyone we have spoken to is absolutely rude, you get cut off while talking and they make it seem like youāre stupid. I called in to cancel the agreement today to head to show place instead as they were so kind and willing to get my product quickly, and the guy I spoke to at RAC was rude, he said he would cancel it and didnāt even ask my name. When I proceeded to ask him if he wanted my name or agreement number he said no I have caller id to which I responded what is the name? He said āConstance or Constantineā THAT IS HORRIBLE. I told him that is definitely not my name and asked if he would like the correct one so I can get this canceled. I guarantee this will not be the end of this and I will have to call back another 10 times to get this canceled for a couch I still donāt have. With the service Iāve had I guarantee even after those 10 calls in the near future they still wonāt have my order canceled. Absolutely never again. Betty was very polite at the beginning and made it very easy till I looked over the agreement throughly and Betty was trying to sell me a 6 drawer dresser for $1100 (which I understand that the company has to make their money as well) I found the same one on Ashley furniture for $250. I had asked to bring the price down and Betty had brought the price all the way down to $448.(which is almost 3x less than the previous price) I then told her to just cancel the agreement because I felt that shouldāve been the first option. I was then told āokayā and abruptly hung up on the phone. I then called back an hour later and talked to Dave about it because the agreement still has not been canceled and I am still awaiting a response.
