Panera Bread — Restaurant in Findlay

Recently asked myself why I hadn't been to here in a while. So I went back. Food was good the first time and then today happened. Got in line behind a woman driving a Tesla making order after order. This went on for at least 5 minutes. I placed my single Item order when she was finished. I pulled around and sat for 12 minutes before they came to the window for her. They then proceeded to play credit card shuffle for at least 4 different orders that she was purchasing. Finally 5 minutes later I pull up to the window. They give me my receipt and food at the same time because my sandwich had been sitting for 10 minutes. I pull away and head down the road pull my sandwich out and got the cherry on top to all of this. They put the wrong thing in the bag. So I wasted 25 minutes and was almost late for work to pay for something I did not get. So now I remember why I stopped going before. Shame on me for guessing their customer service might...

I was craving everything bagels so as a night shifter I made my stop here on my way home from a long nights work. Man was that a mistake. I was the only car in the drive through at 730am. I was rushed through my order of a half dozen sliced everything bagels and a chicken frontega no tomato with a baguette! When I got to the drive through window a lady was standing at a computer screen with her back turned to me for atleast twenty minutes and when she did finally move she walked the other direction. At about 12 minutes in some one came and threw my bags on the counter and walked away. Took atleast 30 minutes for someone to come take my money. And when she handed me my bags they were already cold. Got home pulled out a bagel and surprise not sliced. My sandwich had lots of nasty tomatoes. And to top it all off chips instead of my baguette. I used to work at Panera so this last experience was highly disappointing. We tried to go through the drive through, and it was closed due to short staffing. If I didn’t work here beforehand, I’d understand, but I know how the managers treat their employees. So we go inside to order and there are bins and boxes knocked over in the back near the ovens with food all over the floor. We order our food to go and we wait. They aren’t checking off the menu like they’re supposed to nor saying anyone’s name. So the ticket was about 10 minutes over the standard three minutes. So i grabbed my food after them not saying my name and they forgot our food and utensils in the bag. We tried grabbing our drinks and the lemonade was beyond watered down than normal. We decided just to get a sprite but it leaked everywhere and made an absolute mess. The food was barely cooked and all the lights need replaced. Completely...
