We are new customers to Runnings. We have raised laying chickens, meat chickens and turkeys for the past 18 years. We purchased 14 turkey poults from our local (45 minutes away) newly opened Runnings on 5/1/24. Two of them died within about 10 hours of purchasing them. I returned to the store today to get a credit for the 2 that died. I was told that they would not credit me for them. In all the years of raising poultry, every place we have purchased them from has credited us, if any died within the 1st 24-48 hours....we have had the credits issued from Tractor Supply, Family Farm, Rural King and even the hatcheries when purchased directly from them!! This is totally UNACCEPTABLE Runnings! We were excited to see the store come to our area, however given this as well as some other issues with the grand opening and rain checks, we will take our farm business elsewhere. Have any of you had this happen to you? Just very unhappy with this company! Also, I placed a message on their Facebook page as well as sent a message on their web page and have had ZERO response or acknowledgement...
   Read moreI went in about 3 weeks ago to have a key made, I came home and the key did not work, it wouldn’t even go into the keyhole. I called and they told me I could bring the key back in when the manager was there and get a new one made.
The manager looked at the key and He said the first key that I had made was made backwards. He said easy fix.
He, the manager, made me a new key. I went to use it that very day and it does not work!!
