I stopped here for lunch and the guy working behind the counter literally had his cell phone sitting on the counter that they make the subs on because he wanted to watch the OSU football game while making our food. He was so worried about missing anything with the game that he loaded my sandwich with vinegar instead putting a little bit of oil on it. He was knocking things off the counter and when his coworker had said that he was going too fast because he wanted to watch the game, he replied with yeah I wanna watch the game. I haven’t missed an ohio state game-I am a die hard fan. I realize it’s only subway, but there still should be some level of professionalism. He should not be watching the game while waiting on customers..especially if that is his main priority. Read moreThe price of subs was incorrect on receipt verses what was on the board. Only one person was working and she had three families to wait on so I didn’t bother trying to get it fixed. The table we sat at was not tightened down so the whole table top moved. The restrooms were very unclean, toilet paper dispenser fell apart and paper towel dispenser was broke. When you walk in, it appeared the store had recently been remodeled but very unclean over all. The floor was sticky in places like it had not been mopped. The topping bar temp was too cold which was obvious by the frost on the vegetable containers. Very very disappointed and will not return. For a family of four we can eat at Firehouse a few hundred feet away and get a much better sub, in a cleaner environment, with better...
Read moreCame in tonight after a Mobile Order , when I got home noticed my Sub was made the same as my wife's, I ordered the FrontCourt and it was made the same as my Wife's, Champ , called the store to let them know it was made wrong and since they were already closed I'd come back the next day , but employee said I'd have to pay for them to remake it even though she made it wrong by her , she said the ticket was read right but it was not , as both subs were made the same , very disappointed in her customer service as she said not to worry about it and didn't know how to handle the situation.
