Maybe it's just me but the owner is super rude, well maybe curt is the correct word. I feel really uncomfortable asking for things behind the counter when he waits on me. I guess he's the owner given how he acts. Honestly the man seemed annoyed by me asking for things only people behind the counter could get. It's just not a welcoming feeling. The other employees are fine.

I attempted to pick up a small bottle from a display on the counter while he was standing in front of me, as I intended to buy it and he literally grabbed my hand so I couldn't touch it to pick it up.

If I'm going to spend my money at a store I don't want to feel like I'm an inconvenience. There are plenty of other places I can...

I live local, like 5 minutes away. Have went here for almost 2 years. Will continue to go here. The selection is OK for when you don't have time to go to a big box store and live in Frederick, Colorado. The staff are ALWAYS wonderful and helpful. The ladies who work there always ask us if we need help.

My boyfriend and I just went in, and he had to use the bathroom. No "no public restrooms" or "employee only" signs so he went in. The guy kicked the door in when he was in the middle of peeing and yelled at him to get out, and then kicked him out of the store. This was at noon when neither of us were drunk so there was no reason for my boyfriend to be kicked out for doing nothing wrong. So rude and clearly on an aggressive rampage...
