Teager Toasty - Boba Teas, Hot Dog, Banh Mi — Restaurant in Firestone

I can finally leave a review after my second visit to be fair with my rating.

The first visit they messed up my whole order had to drive back 20 mins so they fix it. And they messed it up again. The drinks were watered down( not because of the melted ice ) just no taste at all. The bobas were very small.

The second visit, There was a urine smell all over the place. Probably the cleaning products they’re using? Secondly, I paid for extra pearls and barely got any in neither of our drinks.

I did not leave a review after my first visit because it’s a new business and I wanted to give it another chance but it’s such a waste of money. It’s way over priced for their products that are available on amazon. Not to mention overcharging when customers ask for extras and end up getting the same amount of a regular drink.

The reviews on here seem fake tbh.

It's unfortunate today just wasn't my day most businesses or employees or ownner simply don't seem to want to work or put forth the effort to have a successful business. I stopped by looking forward to try this place for first time and it was 720pm I was told they stop making sandwiches around 730pm make that make sense. While I walked out the employees simply proceeded to sit down and lounge on their cell phones. on her cell phone it's sad really wanted to like this place but doesn't seem they're interested in sales or providing service during their open hours. I recently discovered Teager Toasty and I am so glad they finally have a Boba Tea shop in the Firestone area. The staff are incredibly friendly and the owner is very kind. I saw him go out of his way to make sure the customers were satisfied with their drinks. I believe it’s a great place for teenagers to hangout after school. It’s close to Frederick high school and my kids loved it. They have a section to hang out and play games with your friends. Plus they have the cutest boba shaped plushies as decor. The tea itself was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and the boba was chewy and cooked...
