Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Firestone

Okay so here I am waiting for sooo long here's what I've gathered from my experience. While we were waiting for 65 minutes IN THE STORE. If you didn't know people in the store should be first to get their food. Okay back to the story, so while we were waiting they just let the phone ring and ring and ring. They didn't answer it for ANYONE. So i was with my family and decided to hop over to another store for around 15 minutes. When we get back this shy looking cash register guy (probably first day on the job) was one all alone and two ask what name we were under. Right when we said that it was he said our pizza wasn't ready....Okay we can wait. While we are waiting I look around and this place is a mess one new guy on the cash register and the rest are in the back. The thing that bothers me the most is how the manager didn't do anything to help. These chicken wings on a this belt (forgot what it's called) they almost fell on the ground. Okay about thirty minutes later of terrible service the guy finally answers the phone. Here's how it went, "hello welcome to Papa John's" "hi can I order a pizza" "let's be honest it would be easier on you and me if you ordered online." "I'm sorry but it's not working." Then the guy said I. Don't. Know how to help you and hung up. Not even taking this poor person's order. Now I know I'm skipping around but to get the jist there were only three other people but the take out people kept coming in and out. When we finally got food I was very disappointed especially since they've been open for almost a year. My recommendation is to give the people a discount after an hour. It's the least...

Talk about a learning curve, I know this store is new but yeeeesh. Ordered online, arrived 30 min latter as instructed,, paid for my order, the kid the counter looked super confused that his drawer was out of pennies to give me correct change, which was eventually resolved but the point is I then stood there for about 20 more minutes waiting for my pizza which would be "right out" ...I eventually had to ask for it and found it had just been sitting around. Seriously. I paid for an order in my name and no one had to forethought to tell me it was done? Let alone give it to me. There was only one other person waiting. While I was waiting I watched a delivery guy bang around the store for about 15 minutes stuffing pizzas in bags and he was still there when I eventually got to leave...I bet whoever ordered delivery regrets it at this point..

The food was good, Ican't complain about that but it is worth noting that the store is really noisy, it is not really well designed and it makes it really hard for phone orders I would assume and the waiting area is...

I have never ordered pizza from here as they say my shop at hwy 52 and 25 is out of their delivery area, but I had a very bad experience with them tonight. One of their drivers, in a yellow sports car with the Papa Johns sign on the roof just blasted through the red light going west on 52 at Puritan way. I was going north on the frontage road and had the green light, I saw him coming over the bridge and it was clear he was going far too fast to stop, he never even hit the brakes, just blew through the red light going about 65 mph. I called the store and talked to a manager named Donna who denied and said that "her kids would never speed or run red lights". After more prodding and my calling her unprofessional behavior out she finally said she would speak to the driver when he got back. I have also Called and filed a complaint with Frederick PD about the incident. I will never do business with a place who's manger treats complaints so unprofessionally. I hope they can get it together for the sake of other drivers out...
