Zero stars should be an option As of today, we’re not eating here anymore. We live in the area & this has been an adequate go to for years due to proximity. I ordered the egg rolls, a large p11 for me, a small p11 for my daughter. Brisket, tendon & tripe When we received the food, I counted 4 small pieces of beef for my daughter, several strands of tripe, and one slice of tendon for her. I had five small slices of brisket for me, two pieces of tendon, and tripe a little bigger than hers. I told the man there (presumably the owner or co owner who’s been serving us for years) and he argued with me and finally relented to bringing four additional slices of brisket. I gave my daughter all of those including the one slice of tendon and a pinch tripe from my bowl. I had three total bites from my bowl. The rest of my bowl was just noodles and broth. He told me the cost of food has gone up and I was welcome to eat at a pho place that charges $17/bowl. I told him I’d gladly pay for that and not get such an embarrassing bowl of pho. I told him I’d post this online, he said go ahead. I also told him if they’d have done it right the first time, there’d be no problem. I told him I’m not coming back. He pointed at the receipt and a said, “look, I didn’t charge you for a bowl of pho.” To be forthright, this exchange was spoken in Vietnamese. The picture w the brisket was the total of all the meat including what he brought out after I told him. It was from my daughter’s bowl of pho. The picture of the bowl w noodles was after I had eaten my three bites. Why pay for a large that gets exactly one more slice of brisket than a small? More broth and noodles? Go to Now Pho off Federal. You won’t be disappointed

We went here for the first time recently and I can't wait to go back! We've been looking for another place locally that has good Pho and VN Pho didn't disappoint at all! We ordered steamed pork dumplings and Vietnamese egg rolls for appetizers. The dumplings were flavorful and perfectly steamed, we considered ordering another round. The egg rolls were also extremely delicious. For the main course we both ordered a bowl of Pho. I went with their traditional steak with an extra serving of noodles and my friend went with their meatball option. When they came out to our table they smelt absolutely amazing and we couldn't wait to dig in. The broth in both dishes was so packed full of flavor but not an overwhelming amount where it overpowered the rest of the dish. I would highly recommend everyone to stop by here for an incredible bowl of Pho that you won't regret!

tuyệt vời (which means AMAZING) in Pho. I love this place, the food is spectacular and tell me this, where can you go to a restaurant that is family owned nowadays? I told my new friend, the owner, they should make their business reality TV! My flavorite dish is the Firestone Combination Noodle Bowl…one day, I am ordering two. The restaurant is small enough to listen to other conversations taking place at other tables if you care to do such a thing🙋🏼‍♂️Yet large enough so you do not have to wait for a table.Enjoy! If you see me dining with my African Grey (yes, they allow it on occasion) come say hi to me, Arlo!

My fiancé and I were working up in Firestone fairly late last night and hadn’t eaten & wanted something heathy and warm for the cold weather. Normally we don’t like eating at Pho’s we’re unfamiliar with because we have one specific restaurant we go to in our area down south as I’m very picky in regards to the freshness, preparation, smell and taste of the food I eat.

However, this Pho had great reviews about its food quality so we took a chance & ordered take out because we knew it would still be better than fast food at 8:40pm. We are so glad we ordered from them too!!

First off, I just want to express the gratitude for the fact that they took my order about 20mins before closing & waited on us to pick up a few minutes after closing. (Especially with it being the night before Christmas Eve, as I know a lot of restaurants that won’t take orders when the kitchen is closing or even answer the phone, so we were so appreciative they gave us the opportunity to place an order & try their food out in the first place.)

We both ordered the P13 with veggie broth & extra cooked steak and an order of spring rolls. The food was absolutely delicious! So fresh, flavorful, & fulfilling!

As a side note I like the fact that their tofu is sliced not cubed, as It makes me believe it’s cooked fresh not frozen, which along with the delicious taste of the food as a whole, leads me to believe everything is freshly prepared unlike a lot of other restaurants out there which was my biggest concern trying them out! However this Pho definitely delivered in all the best ways & is a really great restaurant to order pho from in my opinion! I will definitely order again whenever I’m back in the area! Highly...

I stopped in on 1/28/2021 at about 2:00 p.m. . I Love pho and I have not been able to find any place locally other than the other restaurant by the King Soopers that has pho and was really excited to try this place. I ordered the pork egg rolls and the number two pho with meatballs. I will say it is by far the best pho I have had in a very long time. The only two restaurants that I have had really great pho from was black pepper in Boulder and pho 79 in Denver. However I do have to give a very bad review to the young lady who was working this afternoon. She seemed to be very irritated that I was there and disturbing her. And her service towards me showed just how irritated with my presence she was. She did not ever come back to the table to offer me a refill or ask if everything was okay. Her service towards me was extremely disappointing to say the least.

Unfortunately because of this experience I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere...
