Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:45. We arrived at 6:46 and no other customers in the store. An employee was sitting on a table/counter towards the back kitchen on their phone and we could hear another employee’s voice in the back. Our order hadn’t been started and when we asked for clarification on what the pick up time means, we were told that in store customers get priority before online orders are made. Normally, this could be understandable except two employees were doing nothing when we arrived. Read moreI ordered my meal through the subway app @ 8:45pm. The app has the closing time at 10pm. They actually close at 9pm. My order said it will be done at 9:05pm. The decided to not inform me or call the number attached to the order to let me know they can't fill the order but will still charge me for the food. If I made the order at 8:45 Pm why would it not be ready before nine. Why would Sarah and Nash decided to ignore the order and just wait for the customer to get there and refuse to make the order. Very unprofessional. Would recommend going just 5 mins down the road to the Subway off...
Read moreVery disappointed in the ownership of this place. It's been nearly a week this place has been operating without air conditioning! The temperature was 97 inside that place. To see them employees working inside that unbearable heat made me sick to my stomach! The owner should spend 200.00 on a portable swamp cooler or better yet, close the store down until the ac is fixed!!! I will be contacting corporate to let them know how cheap this franchise owner is and how he is putting employees and customers at risk! I nearly almost fainted...
