Jenny is an amazing asset to Massage Superior. She’s so kind and always trying to accommodate my schedule while ensuring the therapists schedules are at max efficiency. It’s a real talent. I love seeing her friendly face when I check in each week.

I always look forward to my massages with Annie. She has just the right amount of pressure while also helping me to deeply relax. I leave feeling out-of-body relaxed.

Having a massage with Brandy Weyne is a wonderful experience. She has different techniques to relieve my joint and muscle pain and she uses special oils to massage with. My skin feels amazing, my pain is relieved, and I leave feeling centered and calm.

I recently had a 90 minute message with Katriona and it was wonderful. She does an amazing job to help when my muscles are tight and I’m feeling stressed. She has a wonderful energy and cares about doing the best job. I left feeling reenergized and happy.

I can’t say enough about Sarah. I get a facial from her once a month and I wish I could see her more. I have bad hormonal acne due to my PCOS and my skin has never looked better. She also recommends products to use at home that actually work on my deep cystic acne. She is an amazing esthetician with real skills while also being an amazing human. When we visit it’s like catching up with a friend and I leave with glowing skin!

My husband prepaid for a massage for my birthday, even the tip was taken care of for me. That was his gift for me and he was soooooo excited to gift it.. I was very excited for my 1pm appointment. Being in the beauty industry myself as an Esthetician it is very difficult to put your need first once in awhile. Then my appointment got rescheduled to 3pm. Okay, minor inconvenience. But an hour before my appointment someone called to completely cancel my birthday massage because supposedly the girl was sick. ( which I hope she's okay) They couldn't accommodate my appointment until 7 pm the next day (which around the holidays is insane and why isn't someone else available? Why does the customer need to pay for this nonsense? Why don't they offer a complementary massage? In my line of business you do everything you can to keep and retain your clientele)or a peppermint scalp add on for another appointment. I'm just so disappointed in this local buisness that my husband took a chance on. I haven't had a massage since before kids, 15 years ago. I shaved my legs for you guys. Birthday ruined. I am so disappointed. They were so highly rated I thought this would be a positive experience. I was wrong. Walked in to a young girl eating licorice and watching a show on her phone. She hardly acknowledged me and then I asked if I should just have a seat, as this was my first time, she nodded her head, then continued on watching her phone. Then the younger masseuse came out and they were joking around, very immature vibes. My therapist was 20 mins late. I ordered a 90 minute massage. She stopped right at 60 minutes. The free add on I requested was not even acknowledged. I was confused but during my massage she was very checked out and I could feel her mind elsewhere like she didn’t want to be there. Being a PTSD massage therapist I expected more thoughtfulness. She asked me if I’ve ever been diagnosed with a spine disease. I was floored. Then walked away to go chat with the young girls in the break room. I was asked to still pay for 90 mins. I am shocked that this place has such high rating and even more shocked at how unprofessional and uncomfortable this environment was.
