Coconut Bay — Local services in Flagler Beach

We parked by this shop and walked to A1A to see the 4th of July Parade. There were no signs saying "customers only" and our expectation was that the business was closed for the holiday. When we returned one hour later the owner was waiting and immediately roared "you will be towed away!" He shouted "never park here again!" and "I lost a lot of business!" (sure he did). I apologized but that didn't stop him: he was completely nasty and repeated himself many times until we drove away. He probably did call a towing service and was waiting for them but we got there first (all the towing services were in the parade and unavailable).
