Visiting Yes Coffee Co will truly have you saying YES, more coffee please!!
Yes Coffee is a small shop located inside of a church just off of A1A in Flagler Beach. It’s the perfect pre- or post-beach stop for some caffeine.
What I really liked about this place is their unique menu. There are a bazillion coffee shops in every town nowadays so it’s hard to have items that stick out, but there are a few specialties here that are odd and intriguing enough to remember and want to try.
One of their most popular drinks is a thing called a snow cap. They make their cold foam in-house which goes on top of it- it was okay, but honestly I feel like maybe it was a little overhyped. But I must say, I got a caramel iced latte. Sounds super plain and whatever, right? That’s what I thought too- but it was easily the BEST caramel latte I have ever tried. I don’t even like caramel lattes that much but this is one I’d come back for again and again and again. And just look at the presentation in the photos! I will always say YES to that!
On another random note, I also got a bagel with cream cheese for a snack. And the bagel was thick and so beyond delicious. It was an impressive bagel and those can be hard to stand out as well! Oh, this place also does have a bathroom, and they play really...
Read moreMy visit to Yes Coffee was absolutely sensational. Upon entering this beautiful shop, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from each of the staff members. I simply adore the attention to detail in each aspect of the experience- the design of the interior, the handcrafted beverages, the intentionality with which the staff treats customers. The espresso is smooth and exquisite flavor, not overpowered by the homemade syrups, but rather complimented to the highest degree. I ordered an Iced Caramel Latte first. This drink had the perfect ratio of sweet caramel and vanilla, creaminess of the milk, and rich flavor of espresso. This drink was so divine, I was inspired to order a second drink- Iced Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberry Latte- which also did not disappoint in the slightest. Owners Mike and Rachel are highly intelligent in each aspect of their menu and always willing to help answer any questions or provide further insight. Not only are the two knowledgeable, but are so community-oriented in their approach to operating this business, always welcoming to customers and engaging in intentional conversations. I can not speak highly enough of this coffee shop and greatly anticipate the day I can return to visit...
Read moreMy wife and I have a hobby of visiting 3rd wave coffee shops wherever we go and have been to big shops ranging from national roasting champions to national barista champions. I usually don't take the time to write reviews about most places, but I thought I would take the time and leave a review. First and foremost the atmosphere is absolutely delightful, feels very quaint but very streamlined and modern at the same time, and the staff were absolutely delightful. The owners Mike and Rachel were very kind and sweet and we thoroughly enjoyed taking the time and talking with them and getting to know them. Let's not forget the main focus however, the coffee was exceptional. I had the espresso mule which was absolutely delightful and probably one of the top 10 specialty coffee drinks I have ever had anywhere, I love that they take the time to match the flavor profiles of their espresso with the ingredients that they use in their individual drinks. The care and knowledge that they use to craft their drinks really really shines through. And I thought the prices were completely reasonable as well. Needless to say we will be back....probably within the...
