Buckle — Local services in Flagstaff

Wanted to shout out a couple of incredible employees, Cheyenne and Elise. I went in there with my wife and I was checking out the hats and they asked if I needed help. I told them I was trying to find one I had seen on their website and they were able to locate it online. They offered to assist me with purchasing it online and told me that they’d be able to get free shipping that way. I went through with the purchase but the whole time, they had great attitudes, amazing customer service and were very patient through the process. Great job...

The employee's are rude and the manager is arrogant and self centered. My kids were made fun of and mocked by employees. I have tried to give this store a chance several times. Thought maybe it was just a one time rude employee. No they are all nasty. Considering you work for commission you would think the treatment would be better. I was sckemple at first visiting the buckle store in Flagstaff, AZ today as a 62 yr old, I was not sure the clothing would interest me. But, I was amazed by the product line and especially the staff ( Courtney ) took all the time with us, helped with some clothing items and even special ordered a few items for the wife and I.
