I had my firearm shipped to me AirDrop, the gentleman was afraid it wouldn’t make the air in the morning so he went after work and personally dropped it off to shipment. He let me know he did and he gave me a tracking number .

So, he followed up, making sure the firework arrived within the timeframe he had given , and it was a great shape as promised totally 150% satisfied.

So most recently like some many others was in need for cash to get by till next payday. I had my daughter run this errand for me due to work. She pawned a handful of silver from my jewelry box. Somewhere along the way there was missed communication between my daughter and Isaiah. The items were taken for scrap when the pawn was met to be a 90 day loan. We went back to claim my items with my ticket and was given devastating news. All of my items had been sold and scraped. Apparently the loan terms were never explained to my daughter because she knew the intent was to reclaim the items. So hundred of dollars and years of collecting down the drain for 120. It’s so disappointing that things were so poorly explained and was handled so casually. She did pay and got a few items back but this was devastating. The staff are pretty nice but they can't do anything without the manager/owner's approval on EVERYTHING, and that guy is a real jerk who cares nothing about customers. He super low-balls your merchandise too. I heard him refuse to talk an angry customer on the phone too. They wanted their money back and instead of speaking with the customer, the manager guy refused the call and told the staff member to tell them "I'm here all day, tell them to come in". He just didn't want to deal with it and wanted to inconvenience the customer hoping they'd never come in. The manager was not busy with other customers either. Nasty man. Would pick another pawn shop. Note: I came in to see about selling a leather jacket.
