To the team that worked this night(11/18) please work on your attitude towards customers. The girl with the black hair at the counter was rude and unprofessional with the very obvious eyerolls towards us. The first girl we encountered had entered our order in wrong and it had to be redone, but I during that order, I had used my free drink so our total was supposed to be around $6. It was busy so girl #1 had told the girl at the counter what happened and she was quite clearly annoyed already and seemingly more annoyed at the girls mistake. She took our order again and the total was for 2 drinks. We had explained to her that I used my free drink on the order that had messed up but she scanned my QR code again and told me it was already used. To which we once again explained that the order the girl had messed up was ours and the free drink was used on that. Very obviously she was mad. Another coworker came up and had told us, “oh we just took off one of the drinks so the drink is free since we messed up.” I was satisfied and just said okay. Drinks were made. I grab them, ignoring the once again very obvious eyerolls from the girl with the black hair who was also even more annoyed since I asked for straws. Leave and think nothing of it. Come to find out, my card was charged for both drinks instead of one and my free drink was not redeemed/restored. Pretty outraged since this is my favorite Dutch and the Dutch that has the best service. I’ve worked in food service and know a bad day. That I can forgive. But lying I can’t. It’s just plain rude and I wasn’t a crazy customer or anything, so I can’t understand why these 2 employees were so...
Read moreSo, granted it was New Year's Eve and there were 100 people in the drive thru waiting for glitter in their coffee... BUT even w our patience we saw things that shouldn't have happened. First, let's address the parking... I have a large shuttle that can't go through the drive thru and there is ZERO parking for larger vehicles. Parked at the Sportsman's Warehouse and trekked our way to Dutch Bros, anticipating a cold brew like the ones I get daily in NM.... nope. After 45 minutes I got my "cold brew" which was really iced coffee and was horribly bitter. My guess is they ran out of cold brew and thought I wouldn't know the difference... anyway... friend's coffee had more grinds in the bottom than you can imagine... wa like cowboy coffee x10... and they didn't give me sugars so had to go back for them. My friend who was on line w me saw a guy's spill the drink he was making and shake it off his hand into the cup and give it to a customer!!! OMG, might as well just dip your hand in there! Gross and unsanitary... I have NEVER seen that and I will never go back to this...
Read moreI just stopping through to get a cup of coffee after a long day of work today! The line was wrapped around the building which is not abnormal. I watched as almost every employee engaged in a lengthy conversation with the two vehicles ahead of me. When each of them got to the window the young lady working the window then engaged in another lengthy conversation with each car as the line kept getting longer. When I got to the window and received my coffee I told her that I didn't appreciate the fact that they were having personal conversations with the guests in front of me and prolonging my service. I told her after she rolled her eyes at me that I wouldn't be returning there again. Her comment was "that's your prerogative". Completely disrespectful and unappreciative for my business there. I won't be returning there or to any other Dutch Bros again. I guess she doesn't care the service that she provided because they require a tip ahead of time instead of waiting until after...
