Their prices are not that good considering you have to search really hard to find anything decent and half of it comes and beat up boxes that the stuff's already starting to fall out of, or it's slightly defective in some way. You might as well just go get the same item anywhere else, maybe pay a little bit more and you don't have to worry about it being broken.

Another thing I didn't realize was that you're not allowed to bring the carts out of the store so after buying $100 worth of kitchen pots and pans another random stuff I start to go out and the pole on the cart hits the door frame and security guy "says you're not allowed to take it out, but you can take multiple trips if you want to." Well yeah, obviously I have to take multiple trips because I can't carry all this crap and you won't let me take the cart out. So then I have to take my first load of stuff out while absolutely no one is watching my already paid for items sitting in the store.

So overall not worth it, go...

They get two stars for answering the phone after one ring. Downhill after that. Im older, with a handicap that makes walking very difficult and I drive a long way (90 minutes) to get to a store and I've always called first to ask if there are certain things available like chicken jerky dog treats or sometimes specific items when I know I'm running low and since I'm equidistant from Flagstaff or Prescott I asked the person on the phone to check for a baby carrier which I know is simple. They immediately did the vocal no inflection thing and coldly said, no we don't check for things you just have to drive and see. Prescott and Phoenix stores both checked for me. The lack of basic humanity in favor of corporate policy down at the human to human level is disappointing to...

Went to exchange a Jean I bought for my son that either it already had a broken zipper and i did not notice it or it was a defect of the zipper that it broke during it's first wash. I was told that they can't take the Jean back even for an exchange because it had been washed already and it's a liability if sold again in the condition it's in now. First of all, why would one put this product back on the sale floor to be sold again, seeing that the zipper doesn't even work. Other clothing stores in the area are more understanding and welling to replace a product if there's a defect in it if after it's been washed or used once. Very disappointed with this store and their lack of understanding that situations like this happen. Feeling ripped off, left with a...
