We got a new copier from this company three years ago always pay them but there customer service is such a sorry excuse. Getting supplies we call they bring it and throw in down on the front office desk never say a word or put it away or anything. But really gets me is our copier last week disconnected from all of our computers and we call in there tech support tied to help couldn't get it to working so they said we will get someone to come out there. waited no one showed I called over and over everyday no answer left messages no called back. My wife calls from her cell phone they answer soon as she tells them who she is they said we canceled you account and were not going to help you and hung up on her. I had been with this company for several years. Had a contract with them for the lease and ultimate buyout/purchase of a copier. They offered to upgrade my copier under the same "terms" of the old contract my then office manager agreed. We completed our end of the contract and suddenly the buyout provision was not carried over into the new contract. Whoops our bad,,,,,wish we could do something yadda yadda yadda.
